I have had the best experience at Coast Chiropractic. For many years, so many I can’t remember when this issue started, I have had lower back pain abd it was always present and nagging at me. At the beginning of May this year, I woke up with extreme pain in my lower back, I could barely walk and doing anything was extremely difficult. Then, at the beginnig of August a fried told me about Coast Chiropractic and the amazing cold laser therapy she was doing there and she raved about how well it had worked for her. So I thought, it wouldn’t hurt to try as the extreme pain would not leave no matter what I did. I called them and Silke was very friendly and helpful and fit me in as soon as she could. I had my first appointment with Dr. Ron and he totally pinpointed what I needed which was the cold laser therapy. I had my first appointment the next day and I am always a bit sceptical but after a few sessions I could really feel the pain subsiding! After about 8 sessions I feel normal again! Yeah, I feel like I did so many years ago and have no pain any longer! I can walk and stand and do anything no. I am so thrilled with the therapy that I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing any sort of pain, to try this…it is a life saver for sure! Silke and Dr. Ron are both wonderful and engaged in how I was doing, the really cared! I am so grateful to them for helping me with my pain and if I ever have any other issues, I would not hesitate to go see them again. Thank you so much for helping me gain myself back! Ron is a spine wizard. Ive only gone twice but the amount of relief and improvement to my overall well being is nothing short of incredible. Appointment on time. Dog in the office. First proper pain free sleeps in over 6 months. Not painful adjustments. What's not to like?

Today was my second visit with Coast Chiropractic Wellness to have Cold Laser Therapy on my knee. I can actually bend my knee without some of the pain that I normally have. 5 our of 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this kind of Therapy if you have joint pain.

It took awhile due to the severity of my injury to start to reap any benefit of his expertise but as I sit now, I'm grateful for his skill because I'm finally getting my mobility back and life is slowly returning to normal. It was a good visit today, as usual. The staff are friendly and welcoming while observing the current restrictions.

Dr. Carson is changing my life.

Words really cannot describe the strange and miraculous (and, at times, admittedly tumultuous) experiences that have been happening in my body and life since receiving treatments from him in the last 3 weeks.

I have tried MANY, many things to change my physical posture (weak core, head forward, chest caved).

I'd tried consistent yoga, posture braces, massage therapy, resistance bands, several chiropractors and of course, "being aware of my body".

No matter how aware I was of my poor posture, and no matter how often i tried to change it to re-enforce what I desired, it always felt exhausting to try and maintain.

Since seeing him, after one session in particular, I literally feel expansion in my core and chest. (instead of the contraction I was stuck in before).

The following evening after seeing him, I woke up in the night with massive dehydration sensation, freezing cold, shaking and then a massive emotional release of guilt and a memory that I had been carrying for the last 5 years.

I woke up the next day and noticed I was walking around taller, in extension, ***WITHOUT TRYING***.

Ever since then, I have been literally walking taller. I feel expansion in my core. And I don't even have to try.

The coherence of my heart and capacity to receive has gotten stronger.

I have taken more action in my business in ways directly related to being seen and supported by others, and more revenue generating ideas/actions.

Dr. Carson and Spinal Network Therapy (I think it's called?) is the real deal. I am so curious and excited to see what else is possible!

My first appointment on Nov 2,2020 I was told by Dr Alex that if I asked him he would wear a mask. I told him I work in an elementary school and have asthma and will be wearing a mask. After several appointments the Covid numbers started to rise to 500 a day so on my appointment Nov 17,2020 I asked Dr Alex to wear a mask. Dr Alex went on about himself.saying, I have a good diet, I take vitamins, I don’t believe the testing results for Covid are accurate but because you have asked me nicely I will wear the mask. Dr Alex put on the mask did three minor adjustments and then said my appointment was over, he then stood about a foot and a half away from my face and took off his mask and said, “I have a right to breath fresh air! ” I left the room immediately and cancelled my future appointments. This is a busy office where Dr Alex’s sees 30 or more patients a day in our small community. I find his behaviour very alarming for a “Doctor” who is suppose to provide safe care for his patients. Two days after my last appointment masks became mandatory. I wondering if he is wearing a mask now?

I have been having back, neck and arm pain since giving birth to my son, 8 months ago. Since seeing Dr. Alex, he has been able to relieve the pain and help me focus on what I need to do to rebuild my posture. I would highly recommend him.

The Receptionist and Chiropractors are a pleasure to deal with, very capable and accommodating.

Went in with shoulder pain, but I came out sleeping better and more of an appetite which wasn't even on my list of "to do's", but amazing to see such improvements! I am pain free now, and getting a better quality of life! Great service, incredibly welcoming and very helpful!
