Excellent location and reasonable price. Very clean and tidy rooms. Easy to get to if travelling by public transit from the ferry or airport.

The rooms were clean, and I love how they keep them tidy every day. Even when we went out around 3 pm, the staff would change the bed sheets and help maintain the room's cleanliness. It was a great stay! The staffs are nice and friendly. The only thing I hope is if they can provide free breakfast in the future would be awesome.

Great stay, no issues. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in our hotel room and in the conference ballroom.

Beautiful view from room, the staff to check us in were very friendly and understanding after we had a long drive. Bed was so comfortable.

Everything else was great except in the morning when I woke up and tried to shower or have a drink of water I couldn't because the water was piping hot.it never got cold after multiple attempts. Asked for a bottle of water at least which they didn't have.just gave us two tiny disposable cups of water.

We stayed here twice recently. On both occasions in Room 507 with an outside terrace and partial harbour view. The room was clean and spacious. Great location for the harbour area. Helpful and friendly staff. Eric the concierge was amazing! He could not do enough for us.

Hotel is in a good spot and rooms are clean but had one of the worst hotel experiences. Their bed frames are cheap and came apart while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. Paid over $600 for a king size bed with a view just to end up sleeping on the floor. In the end they could only comp our parking. Not worth it.

Room 807 - bathtub drain doesn't work properly, tub slowly drains, cord on iron was frayed and dangerous. Overall the hotel is fine but not the best around. Bidet toilet seats are amazing, though.

Do not be fooled by the images they have posted online of the room views. We even upgraded to a nicer room but the view is absolutely horrific. The hotel is surrounded by very very old buildings so “the view” is just looking at other old dark dead buildings. They charge an extra 43$ per night for parking since parking is not included and street parking is gonna cost you way more. Not ever coming back here. Also their mattresses are way to soft to have any support on your back to get a good night sleep. Not worth the price at all. Maybe if it was 50$ per night plus 43$ for parking I would consider staying here otherwise find a better place.

The front desk customer service was great! The heated pool and hot tub were running even with the rain and we loved it. I definitely wouldn’t get double bed again way too small. A pipe was banging in the bathroom all night so kept us awake. We should of asked to move rooms but thought it would stop. Nice gym as well. The restaurant Prestons in the hotel wasn’t that great either. But over all the hotel was clean and nice!

Lovely experience. Staff was quick and attentive at check-in and check-out. The room was lovely with an amazing view. Very clean and good atmosphere.

Excellent location, great restaurant in the lobby and, like most of the previous reviews state before me, the toilets are cool! We have stayed many times at the Coast Coal Harbour and receive the same great service every time.

Have stayed at Coast Coal Harbour Hotel on November 8th, 2021 for one night, I choose this hotel because it was close to where I was having a business meeting, also it was by the ocean! I was not disappointed with my accommodations, it was very clean (this is the most important “must be” for me), friendly helpful staff, and the beautiful ocean view from my bedroom. Giving them 4 stars because of the quality of the toilet papers and paper tissues also I was not impressed with the soup I ordered from its restaurant! However, I will be staying at this hotel if I come to Vancouver again in the future. Also, I will I would recommend this hotel to anyone, who loves being by the ocean in a very quiet clean place, friendly, helpful staff, and great shopping location, this hotel is worth checking into! I travelled every province and territories in Canada, in addition to over 40 countries including Europe and far east, to me cleanness always comes first, quietness is second! I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel, hope that my evaluation was helpful!

Spacious room, helpful staff and top notch cleanliness. The blinds weren't the best in my room, which was a bit annoying because the window was directly facing a tall office building.

Otherwise, had a great stay!

Clean, modern and spacious rooms with awesome views, close proximity to the water and food and shopping, very accommodating staff, bidet. Eco-friendly amenities, garbage segregation in room. Im really impressed we stayed again after our Whistler trip!

Stayed here for three nights. Really nice, clean hotel. Pool and hot tub were great, not too busy. Bed and pillows were awesome. Front desk staff were extremely friendly with both in person, and telephone interactions. Great location near a number of train stops, and great proximity to Canada Place. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Very bad room with a horrible view. The room had no lights and it was depressing. It also had a funny rotten smell. Would not stay again ever.

Beautiful location in the heart of Vancouver city. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the harbor. The mattress was perfect - not too soft and not too hard. Service was amazing and staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, room was large, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for two nights. Gym was well equipped, and the pool was available. It's great to see the toiletries in large format and that smell great, and not those mini travel size bottles that some chains still issue i.e. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Will most definitely consider staying here again. Check-in was smooth and very courteous, felt most welcome for my first time staying in this hotel.

Did service for them, haven't used their offerings, I can say that from outside it appears well maintained, polite customers service, high level customer service.

The overall experience was great - the rooms were really clean and spacious and parking was valet only but super convenient. On our last day checking out they took a little longer to get our car out and they waved the last nights parking fee. I’d definitely stay here again when I return.

The only downside was the AC was a little bit on the loud side, but not so disruptive that it keeps you up.

Stayed in the hotel for a weekend during June! It was really enjoyable: the staff were kind, it is located in a fantastic area of downtown, the rooms were clean, and having the shower/ tub combination in the rooms is a great addition too! The pool was also really nice - used it multiple times during our trip. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it is a little pricey for the type of room that you get. Regardless, I would stay again!

I Enjoyed staying here. The view of the waterfront is amazing and relaxing. The staff are polite and professional.

It is close to Canada place, and has loads of places to walk to and sites to see around it. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Got a good deal that was on sale during covid. Nothing special. Due to covid, there was literally no services offered or amenities. No pool, room service, gym etc. Reception was nice and courteous. You can’t go wrong with this hotel if you only need a cheap place to stay

Nice and quiet hotel with some excellent views of the harbour, mountains, and ocean. Was just disappointed that the pool and facilities weren’t open - they are currently closed until May 2021. I found that hard to figure out on their website before booking.

Great location block away from Canada place, Vancouver harbour, see wall for nice walk which is taking you to Vancouver famous Stanley park.

Beautiful view of the Harbour and mountains. Stanley Park from both windows in this corner suite. Extremely convenient to all amenities you could wish for.

Good hotel friendly staff. A bit shocked that microwaves weren’t in the room but apparently that’s a Canadian thing.

We stayed on the 15th floor facing the water. Lovely room! They brought up a nice dessert and card for my husband's birthday, a really nice touch. Impressed by their commitment to sustainability with the green waste bin etc. Would definitely stay again.

Great roof top pool and hot tub.not so much in the pouring rain. But even in November it was warm enough to enjoy. Restaurant is too pricey. Showcase and P2B are more budget friendly.

Its not the cheapest place, but its good quality for its price. Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size and lovely design, and its in a great location just outside all the action downtown. My family have made it our go to hotel whenever we visit Vancouver for Thanksgiving.

Room and staff are fantastic. Was asked what floor I would like to stay on and they upgraded us to the top! Nice amenities, very clean. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the parking fees. At 50 dollars a day it felt pretty steep- though I don't know the area's prices.

Hotel was clean and all. Front desk was really slow. Lobby was great, especially if you want to spend too much one waiting for a room “to be ready”. So many choices in downtown, will choose another.

THE VIEWS! This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a long term stay. The rooms are nicely appointed and the views can't be beat. Of course it's in a great location and a short walk from everywhere. The food is OUTSTANDING as well.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our room was amazing! Floor to ceiling windows in the room was really neat to look out at the city! I forgot some items in my car and I was really impressed that the valet went to my car to get them and brought them to my room!

Good room, nice and clean, but they didn't have my room available at check-in time. They swapped to a roughly equivalent room which was fine. Overall I was happy.

My favorite hotel in Vancouver Downtown! Their room is clean, spacious, and well equipped. Front desk was helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights and definitely worth the bucks!

Stayed here on a business trip and everything was fantastic! The location is close to Robson, Stanley park and all of the great downtown amenities plus there is a great gym and "rooftop" pool and hot tub.

The hotel has a good service, most of the workers are friendly. It is expensive and our room was smelling not good. The have AC on the rooms which is amazing during the summer time. But they don't have breakfast included. The swimming pool is small and old as the jacuzzi. The hotel has a gym that is ok.
