Coast English Testing - IELTS Test Centre

The venue of the test is worth the price you paid comparing on my previous ielts test. Coast Ielts staffs were organized and helpful.

Had an IELTES test booked with them at New Link College. They just call at random and ask to cancel/reschedule the test over phone. They don't give time to plan out and have no consideration for others plan and need an immediate answer to reschedule or cancel. I would avoid them at all costs. They also refrain from updating the IELTES website with availability so I can update online. Seems like a scam for New Link College with them. Avoid.

Very unprofessional, seems like a scam. I had booked an appointment for IELTS test, was asked to make a payment in 1 day inorder to confirm booking, I did, I got an email saying my appointment is confirmed. And the next day they call me saying that there is a glitch and that appointment is invalid, either reschedule or cancel and give us the response on this call itself. I chose to cancel my appointment, and they told me okay you will get a refund in 10 days. Why did you confirm the appointment in the first place when you got the money? And if there really was a glitch, why can't you refund me the money ASAP? Why should I wait for 10 days?

Please DO NOT book your test at this site. This centre is unprofessional and completely incompetent. They didn’t reply of the emails and i didn’t get my results yet i was waiting for 1 month.

I went to the one near Metrotown. The experience was great. The staff are nice and polite.

Took an IELTS test last weekend at one of your test locations at Granville St. It's my first time attending the test. Which means a lot to me. Hadn't practiced quite a lot. Was a bit nervous on-site, and didn't know the test procedures very well. Your staff, they helped a lot. Was perfectly do kind to me. Guided me with patience, and avoided other attendees being affected. Thanks! Keep on going!

Nice staff with high efficiency and great services. I had a super satisfying experience. Moreover, I am grateful that the staff can help me solve my problems quickly.

I am writing to inform everyone of my dissatisfaction with the delay in paying the EOR refund cheque. My band score was changed very much after a reevaluation request! And they should have refunded the money.
I wrote to them multiple times; unfortunately, they did not respond for a long time. As they had said, I should have received an EOR refund cheque after 3 weeks; Not only have they not given it after a long time, but also they did not answer my emails. Besides their first evaluation was unfair so it endangered my future. That is awful!
If I could choose zero stars, I would definitely give it to them.

I took my Ielts test on Oct 8,2022 at Guilford elementary school, Surrey. The examiners and the other staff were very respectful and efficient. The headphones provided at the exam center were working great too. My speaking test was also conducted on the same day. The examiner who took my speaking test was also nice. I got my results on 13th day after my test.

Overall, I had a great experience with Coast English Testing. So, I will definitely recommend this to other people who want to give Ielts test.

Took an exam in September 2022. I was looking for a nice place with good review for my first computer based ielts test. I have taken 3 or 4 ielts test with papers before, and i needed a faster test result this time so I chose to take the test with computers. At first I was extremely anxious as I'm old so I am not familiar with taking a test on a computer. However, with the nice staffs, I could do it well. The testing center was nice and neat, staff were professional and so forth. I can simply say that I was satisfied with everything.

I gave the exam in August 2022. Because of some reason, they changed the location of examination center after asking me for confirmation for the same. The new location was well organized. Overall, Nice experience.
