Coast English Testing (Newton, Surrey) - IELTS Test Venue

I was supposed to get my result on 8th September for 26 august exam on pen and paper based but it does not released yet, I already contacted with the test centre and they said that there is a technical issue to release the result which is outside of approach of test center and I also emailed to result department but my result issue is not being resolved. Worst experience, requesting everyone do not choose BC for your IELTS exam.

My computer based exam went well but it's 5days now no response about my result as they claim result is available in 3days and trying to contact them through mails and phone calls no one is responding. Help me i need my result as soon as possible

I am taking the test for the second time with Coast English Testing (Surrey). I took both General and Academic IELTS at different times. I didn't get the hard copy of the test results both times. Whenever I contact them, they say they sent the envelope, and somehow, Canada Post lost it. So, be aware! Pay for the courier services if you need your hard copy to be sent to the institution. Otherwise, it will be lost.

I had a very good experience. It was super simple registration and very clear instructions for listening and rest of all tests. I recommend the center for taking the exam here. Staff was great in helping and answering questions.

I have to say that taking the test with Coast English Testing has been a wonderful experience. All of the staff are very lovely and very helpful. All of the computers and equipment were working perfectly.

I had to leave the test because i was sick though i provided a doctor note they refused to give me a refund or allow transfer. Wow what a service.

It was awesome experience everything was great. Thank you for great service and environment and i will recommend this location to everyone for their ielts exam who are willing to give their test. Staff was very supportive and helpful.

I passed the test in Feb 2023. I really liked the experience. Everything was smoothly and I got good marks:)

Thorough professionals and handled each aspect of safety, Covid protocol and other aspects efficiently. Made us feel comfortable and managed the whole day in a systematic way. Thank you to the team of administration staff, invigilators and assesors on 30 Dec 2021. I got my results online within 5 days and the certificate came by post within a week.

The IELTS computer-based test was a really good experience and the results were delivered fast. I recommend it.

I am not sure about the service of Coast English Institute but I know that you can take computer based IELTS test here. It is located at 137 Street and near 74 Avenue which is not very far from Newton Exchange. Entry is at the corner beside Sushi Line Restaurant. See the picture of the Building.

The overall process was impressive. The procedure was done in professional way. It was a above and beyond experience. Highly recommended.

It was great experience giving test here. They provide proper sanitation equipments and also only 5 computer desks in the whole room for maintaining social distance. Great service

Yes. The test was really good. The quality of listening was perfect.i did it really well. TH reading was fine too, the writing was good. I had some spelling errors but I need to work on this. I only got a low score in my speaking test which i was surprised to. The speaking was a bit stressful to me. But in general it was really good.

I recently took the Computer-based ielts exam here. All the staff members were supportive and cooperative. The environment was well-maintained, proper cleanliness, hygienic and sanitization. I even suggested one of my friend to take test from this centre.

Great test centre, very new and modern facilities. They offer IELTS on a computer here. The centre was easy to find. It's next to Newton Bus Loop.

Gave my test during Covid-19, all safety precautions were followed. Was scared at first about an online exam, but at the end, had a great experience. The team was very cooperative and polite. Will suggest this centre for online tests to others.

I recently took the computer-delivered IELTS test (Academic Format) at Coast English testing in Newton, Surrey. They have exceptional staff working at the test site. Also, I like to talk about the smooth flow of the whole process from registration until the end of the test. They have ensured timely delivery of the exam as well as provided adequate sanitation of equipment. Overall, I had a positive exam day experience.

Its been great experience taking computer based exam at Coast English Testing centre. I would highly recommend computer based exam as it gives edge in writing to ratify your mistakes without much hassle. Moreover, Facilities to cope up with covid were awesome.

I recently took IELTS prep classes for 2 weeks. I am very happy with the content and the teacher Mr David G-Macd as the content was relevant and helpful and Mr David ensured to cover all the aspects of the exam and gave improvement feedback on speaking test which helped us improvise.

Today i had my ielts general exam at the centre from 9 to 12. The centre is amazing with good staff members - kai and sharan who were really cordial and helpful with the registration. The computers were upto the mark and server was really good
