Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre

Stayed here with my partner and went to the casino. The hotel knew it was our anniversary, so he gave us a free campaign

Nice and clean hotel. Location is on the center. Easy to go around and find any restaurants nearby.

Perfect place to stay and have quick vacation! Restaurants are down the bldg.and you like to gamble a lil bit casino are also downstairs too.

Poor cleanliness, plus the receptionist is clueless and doesn't know how to convert basic rates if you pay in american. Don't waste your money time or effort worse then a motel tbh

We actually had the pleasure of eating at the buffet! It was amazing, wonderful service and attentive staff and the food was absolutely wonderful.

Hotel is dated. I watched a rat run into your spa portion of your building. Area does not feel safe. Front desk was rude. Hotel overcharged and didn't send me an invoice after check out. I tried to get one after over the phone and front desk was rude. I called 3 times to find out an update. 3-4 hrs between calls. Incredibly unprofessional.

Used the convention area for a meeting. Room was clean and everything that was asked was provided. Rates were comparable and afterwards there was a restaurant bar and casino for the group to use.would use again

Well, I didn't gamble as I was attending a workshop upstairs. Staff seemed friendly, and I wasn't hauled away. It was very sketchy outside but I took my valuables with me and all was good.

Stayed for one night as a Birthday present for my husband. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Rooms have been really nicely renovated, bed was fabulously comfortable. Only one thing, try to stay in a room facing the front of the hotel. Our room was on the back side of the building during the week and woke up too early to the sound of the dumpsters across the street being emptied! But overall was a great experience!

The room had a bunch of food particles on the floor by the beds which made us feel the cleaners don’t do their job properly. As well, the cleaning ladies are VERY loud in the early morning, chatting, laughing and banging. Woke up way earlier than intended on a weekend. As well, our bedroom clock radio went off twice at 6am in which we didn’t set as we have phones. So that was a heart-stopping wake up for us.

Stayed here on business, very clean rooms, great housekeeping. Check in was easy and simple and had a very friendly staff on check in and checkout

I left the name of the 3rd person to check-in and they wouldn't let her check in without me being there.

Room is clean and spacey. Location is great, other than some homeless people roamed arpund the area.

Few days ago my uncle and aunt stayed in the hotel. I requested at front desk at phone to make their stay more comfortable. Front desk employee did a lot for my uncle and aunt when they stayed in the hotel. They said to me that her name is Manpreet. She checked them in very nicer room and she did alot help to them during their all stay because my uncle and aunt were old and they were not familiar with the Langley area. So i really really appreciate for her help. Thanks Manpreet from my uncle and aunt.

Went to an A. G. M.for our mortgage company here on the evening it snowed a ton in Langley. I enjoyed the snacks at the meeting & was glad they served decaf coffee, and that enough members came to the meeting to form a quorum.

Checked in late with my husband. Took an incredibly long time and honestly night audit was absolutely terrible. Several tomes walking past her the side eye felt so uncomfortable we will never stay here again.

Lovely hotel and casino. A bit rough of a neighborhood, although casinos attract all makes and models! Huge casino, very busy on the weekend.

We didn't stay but we're in visiting friends. Rooms were clean and well appointed. The buffet dinner for our event was on point well filled and tasty. Good vegetarian options.

Loved the location. Service and reception were great. Room was clean as well. Only issue was washroom tub for room 307 had black algae on sides, it needs to be scrubbed for sure. Didn't feel hygienic.

The elevator was not working our phone in our room was broken and we had no internet or it was very poor, wasn’t fun.

Went to Snotty Nose Rez Kidz concert had good service didn't have to line up for drinks had a waitress come take our order

Changed their policy and wouldn't take a cash deposit so we didn't sta utthey refunded no problem. Took a few days but was all good!

Ok hotel, bit perturbed that they had nowhere for me to store a couple of bags for an hour or two. With all the homeless in the car park didn't want to leave my bags in the truck. Especially as my travelling partner had just had his car broken into at the Fairmont the week before.

I like the hotel but am not impressed with the parking situation. There is no specific parking so you have to fight for spots with the casino patrons. Also the view from the back of the hotel is quite ugly and dismal.

Great place just wish the cafe was open not to fussy about matches " no breakfast 11 am opening "

Went to a work related Xmas party at their convention centre and it was spacious, very beautiful decor and best of all, the food was good.

Great venue for a special occasion, great food. Staff go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable.

Very accommodating with a turkey allergy, took a bit but figured out something for me to eat for Christmas Dinner event.

Many events here for the Langley Chamber, business events, ect. Great food, service, and lots of parking.

Attended a banquet here, food was very good. Had a great time, drinks were decently priced and the staff friendly.

Absolutely Disgraceful! Our family made reservations for 5 rooms for a wedding from August 10-12. First out of town family member arrives and are told they've overbooked and no rooms available for them. No apologies.nothing. More family arrives Saturday for check in and are told room isn't ready. Family attended the wedding came back at 11. As they were told to do, they gave away their room. Also Saturday, hotel staff come to our room and ask when we are checking out? We had reservations for the weekend. The Groom and Groomsmen were getting ready and had to deal with this 2 hours before the wedding! So only 3 out of 5 reservations were honored. This is the worst run Hotel I've ever seen! Staff was rude and not helpful in any way shape or form. No one in the Senior Management has come forward to even offer at the very least, an Apology for ruining what should have been a glorious Family wedding!

Whenever I've produced or attended an event at the Coast Hotel and Convention Centre, I've experience the highest quality of service. The food is always outstanding. The venue is always clean and professionally presented. I believe the success of these events has to do with the amazing support of the Event Coordinator, Emily Dyck. When I've held an event there, she's very helpful and truly cares about every event. I see this level of care in every event I attend there. I highly recommend this venue for events of all sizes.

Stay away! This hotel is full of nothing good.

When I stated there I arrived to staff that took a long time to get anything done and had only mediocre customer service skills. I was eventually given a room. Opon arrival of the room I found it reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette burns all over the furniture.

So, I returned to the lobby and requested a new room. The clerk was relatively helpful and got me a new room and kindly offered me assistance with my bags (which I politely declined). When I arrived at my new room I found it also smelled of stake cigarettes. BUT there were no cigarette burns and the smell was very faint. I then looked out my einwin to see my "magnificent" view of the buildings air conditioners and other utility equipment and the roof-tops of some light industrial buildings. I then went to check out the bathroom. The bathroom was actually CLEAN and well stocked with towels. However the shower needed recaulking and the sink was so shallow it was hard to fit your hands in. While the bathroom was not amazing it was nicer than many other aspects of the hotel.

I by now had decided I was just going to avoid the hotel and go out for a few hours before returning to the hotel before an early start in the morning. As I was walking to the elevator I noticed a dirty fork sitting through middle of the carpet. I then got to the elevator (which has many dents and scuff marks in need of repair) and finally was able to leave. However outside is nit much nicer as the hotel is located in a very sketchy part of town.

When I left the next morning I did not ever return. There are many other much nicer, more affordable options in nicer parts of Largely, meaning there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to stay at the trashy Coast Hotel.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very large convention center. Has a casino connected to it. Great way to pass the time, especially when waiting for a meeting. Also has a spa in the same building complex. Nicely situated in the middle of town.

They pulled the vending machines off of all floors. It you need soft drinks, you are sent to the casino to look for a mobile 'cart girl's.

Very much illustrates a complete lack of respect for their clients time. I went to 3 vending floors and none had signs posted. Directions are still up on each floor. Front desk just referred to the cart girls. 10 minutes of searching for a cart girl and I ended up driving to find a store. Extremely disrespectful of customers time.certainly no one should bring children here.

This practice seems a little suspect to me. Send people from a hotel attached to a casino into the casino anytime they want a soft drink? Immoral at a minimum. I am travelling for business and have no time for these practices.

If you need to be close to the casino then this is the closest and the rooms are the same standard as a typical Best Western (except very noisey due to their in room climate co trols). If not, find a place that is more focused on their clients. Management is not customer focused.

It is great to have this resource in small town Langley. Since I went there for an event I can't say much about the facilities. The lunch was wonderful with lots of healthy and delicious choices in the buffet.

We attended a dining event at the convention centre. The meal was excellent and priced very reasonably. We had an excellent time. The staff are very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our evening.
