Coast Osoyoos Beach Hotel

I called today because it says that my package was delivered there on Dec 28. To my surprise I was connected to the rudest front desk ambassador I have ever come across.just for asking if my package came there because purolator said it did. She didn’t even hesitate but answered no right away. Said she worked double shift that day. Wouldnt even check or point me to someone that could maybe know more. I would also like to point out that she answered the phone with „yes“. She then carried on to say „why are you sending packages here anyways“ in a very rude tone. I said I didn’t it was mistakenly sent there.she then refused to give me her name. Later on she said her name was Sarah. I found out now she lied about her name, it is actually Kendra. I carried on saying how she should maybe work on her customer service skills as she was extremely rude. She then said „maybe you should be a customer“ and hung up. I am a coast hotel costumer, or I was. I have stayed at coast hotels numerous times. I am also a former employee of coast and I am ashamed that there is someone like that working as a front desk ambassador. Purolator says my package was delivered there at front desk, yet she says no.

From Victoria we booked for a halfway stay overnite to avoid the night drive to Trail in January in the snow. Room was quiet warm and clean and new. Coast always has new fittings. Beds to bath are excellent this way.squeaky faucets and hard beds really bug me. You really have to check the site often before you will find a discounted day. We do this hastle because its such a great hotel.

Great family visit to Osoyoos. Can’t think of anywhere better to stay than this hotel. Right on the beach and across the street from the lake. Free breakfast with lots of options. Indoor pool with slide! Beach chairs and kayaks too! Never have to leave the resort!

Starting with the lady at the front desk super friendly and helpful. And after walking into our room and opening the blinds we rebooked a second trip immediately. I sometimes worry when writing a review gems like this will become booked right up the next time I’m planning a trip. So you’re welcome for this one

We had an amazing time at Coast Osoyoos Hotel! The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the lake. The hotel’s location is perfect - quiet enough for a peaceful getaway but close enough to local attractions for when you want some action.

I haven't stayed at the Astoria coast Hotel but I am currently staying at the Gillette coast Hotel and it is one of my favourite locations to stay when I am here in Chilliwack they are always very kind to me and my daughter and are very accommodating to children and families with pets I'm sure the other hotel is much the same.

We were charged for a 2 night stay yet only stayed one night. Despite several phone calls we have not been reimbursed for their over charge. Double check you bill advisable.

Our experience at this Osoyoos hotel was exceptional! The hotel's location on the lakefront offered stunning panoramic views that took our breath away. Location is fabulous but that can’t makeup for the lowest, cheapest quality mattress on the market. Had a Queen bed, mattress looked clean but it had terrible coils, soft not what you expect when you pay so much. The pillows were Rock hard matted foam, bring your own. And where flip flops at all times inside. Floors filthy, not washed, just swept. We will not stay here again.

Staying at the Coast Osoyoos Beach Hotel felt like staying in a beach house with top-of-the-line services. A truly luxurious experience!
