I needed a driveshaft shortened for a custom application. They had no problem taking on my small job. I just had to measure and specify u-joint center to u-joint center. Ken discovered a problem with one of the yokes and sent me photos. The defect was easier to see with snap ring was in place. He called and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the yoke replacement. I'm glad he caught the problem. The driveshaft came back with the exact measurement I specified and the driveshaft and slip yoke were clearly marked so I knew the orientation it was balanced.

Their drivers seriously need to have some etiquette on the road. Just watched someone driving a Ford F150 with their wrap cut off four drivers in less than two minutes. Dangerous.
