Coast Therapy - Port Moody

Dr Gregory was able to find out the root cause of my shoulder problems. Nobody was able to fix it until I saw him.

I will be going for follow up treatments to get things fixed completely.

My RMT didn't appear genuine - maybe just bad chemistry.

A receptionist made a mistake for my insurance claim before I finished my session and didn't offer to fix it. Another receptionist seemed condescending.

Also, every time I visited, I noticed staff seem to complain about other clients all the time.

Not comfortable with going there anymore.

Ian knows his stuff! Super personable and knowledgeable. Usually I would wait till after a few sessions to leave a review, but after the first session, I can already tell that I’m in great hands will see life changing results!

Dr. Drew Gibson combines targeted diagnosis with excellent treatments, release and relief. He is both technically superb and compassionate - a wonderful combination. I heartily recommend him.

I had gotten into a car accident back in August 2022 and I had suffered from whiplash and multiple pinched nerves on the right side of my neck, shoulder and wrist resulting me not being able to work for 2 months due to the physical demand of my job.

My physiotherapist - Patrizio and RMT - Kevan, are the 2 people that helped me heal 90% back to my pre-accident strength!

Thank you for your patience, understanding and knowledge - I can finally lift weights heavy again!

She seriously goes above and beyond, always encouraging and giving at-home solutions for when I’m between treatments. Jean-Carlo is equally knowledgeable, friendly, and is an IMS wizard. My left shoulder has improved a lot. Really appreciated my Therapist, Patrizio! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and full of experienced!

Kevin is great he gave me a very useful massage last time at port moody location.since I visited him most of the pain in my neck has gone a way he know his job well thanks a million to him.

Dr. Gibson was super informative and explained everything he did clearly as it was my first time getting chiropractic treatment done. This is the most range of motion my neck has had in a year! Super thankful we were able to diagnose the issue and work on solving it!

I’ve been seeing Noah for physio for a few months now. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Roi is amazing. He is professional and knowledgeable and has helped me through my injury with targeted and pointed exercises. He has helped me understand why I’m getting pain in specific areas in my arm and showed me which exercises work best for me which has helped in my work. His taping is expert!

The staff are very welcoming and professional. Had a very good massage from Kevan and I would highly recommend him!

5+ stars Patrizio Jacova is a great Physiotherapist. He is helping me recover from neck, shoulder and arm injuries I sustained in a MVA. From the outset Patrizio has tailored and modified my physio program to meet my evolving needs. With his help my neck pain is for the most part gone and my strength and range of motion issues are improving. Without reservation, I recommend Patrizio to anyone needing physiotherapy services.

Very clean and welcoming space. The staff is very courteous and professional. The care itself is top-notch. My first massage therapy session was a very nice surprise against my expectations. The therapist was very attentive to my needs and performed with great skills. I wish appointments were more readily available, but perhaps the high level of the service and care explains in part why they are so busy. A great experience overall.

I am eternally thankful to Patrizio and always appreciate him for the physio and training me to improve my physical abilities and enhance my self-confidence to go walking and enjoy my life.

I would like to mention the receptionists are polite and professional.

I was injured for 8 months prior to seeing Jena. I knew from a previous injury that she would be the answer to my dilemmas. Jena was able to know exactly where I needed to recover. She was able to answer the questions to my health in ways that other doctors were unable to. I will always be grateful to Jena's expertise in her field and I will continue to have faith in that as well.

Michelle is an excellent therapist. Professional staff, impressed with Covid protocols.
Coming back to Coast Therapy for another issue.
(1st time was for physio with Michelle for shoulder injury due to car accident)
Got help from Giancarlo for Vertigo. Found him to be very professional, personal, kind and knowledgeable.
Learned alot from him and will do the exercises he gave as homework.
Kudos to staff on the phone and at reception as well.
Treated like a VIP from start to finish.

Roi Kenan is knowledgeable, methodical, and takes time to detail the protocol required to make the client understand that they will make a positive recovery. His mannerism are proactive and precise and encourages the patient to create a position of achievability. He suggest, that you as the patient write down in your own words, the individual steps, to review, so that you have a clear vision of your own expectations of the healing process. My background has been a life long time of extreme athletics and the injuries that eventually develop over time. It is with this bench mark of previous experiences, that I can attest to, and identify a gifted and well educated physiotherapist, who genuinely cares that in time, you will have good health.

After 3 months of getting in for message, and my rest of sessions been expired due to not having any spots available, she barely Gave me a message, she was more resting then messaging me, very bad service, either she doesn't know how to message, or she was tired, never gonna go back to her,

I had back pain for a week and was taking painkillers to function. Giancarlo dialed down the stretches and exercises I was doing for my back, and gave me new ones to try. By the next day, I could manage my pain with just the stretches and finally wasn't stiff as a board! So grateful for the help and wish I hadn't waited so long to book my appointment!

Nice and clean clinic with friendly and professional therapists. I had some sort of tendonitis elbow and worked with Natalie Goodfellow, who is a knowledgeable physiotherapist on both theory and practice sides. She designed and prescribed the most effective exercises which I followed and got the best results in a few weeks. My visits were all during the pandemic, and the clinic, staff, and patients totally adhered to the health and safety measures that were in place. Thank you Natalie and the Coast Therapy team!

The clinic is amazing. The way they work is brilliant. Easy to schedule appointments. Everything there looks new and fashionable.

If you're looking for a physiotherapist, I highly recommend Michelle! She is fantastic! I had a soft tissue injury in my knee that took quite a bit of time to recover from and she never gave up and was always supportive! There were times where I didn't feel like my life would return to normal. It was hard work but It was great working with her and I can honestly say I'll miss our sessions!

Have been here 2x now and impressed with the facility and my new RMT, Nari! Have made future appointments.
