This has to be one the best physio clinics I've been to. I have a seven year old injury, with the help of their physiotherapists, kinesiologist and massage therapists I've finally seeing progress. My range of motion is improved and they help with my pain management. I've seen about seven of the staff and everyone is helpful in very different treatment styles. I always look forward to my appointments.

I am so happy with my therapy session with Nozar. He is so warm and friendly, and truly concerned with my comfort and well being. I feel he is truly dedicated to helping me. I look forward to more visits.

This place is amazing and I could not recommend them enough! I saw Bruce over a couple months and he was extremely helpful with my recovery from a back sprain. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful (Nicole). Also a big thank you to Sarah one of their kinesiologists.

My experience with Bridget Weir on April 23rd, 23 was excellent. She was kind, patient, and very helpful in every way. She is an excellent physiotherapist, and also gave me exercises to do at home before my next session with her. I can highly recommend her and Coast Therapy (receptionist and staff) for their courtesy and tact in dealing with their clients and the public in general. Five Star rating for them all.

I met with Liam this afternoon for my first treatment after experiencing a grade 3 AC shoulder separation injury. Panos has helped me with a shoulder injury. I have worked with him fir 6-8 weeks and have had good improvement with my pain and limited movement.

Nozar is a magician. I’ve seen him for many years for a variety of physio needs. He has helped me avoid surgery, target areas with almost a 6th sense. He genuinely cares about his patients. I selfishly hesitate to share him with the world ;) Coast therapy has always had amazing practitioners.

Pretty bad service.went in for knee pain asking about IMS.got abit of treatment for tight quad but the IMS was mostly just needles into my knee then I was left alone with some sort of electric pulse therapy machine for entire appointment while therapist was off treating other patients? Went somewhere else and got proper IMS and much better treatment.

I was absolutely looking forward to my meeting this morning. I checked about direct billing for my insurance company when I was booking the appointment and they also called me yesterday to confirms the date. To my surprise when I was there for my appointment they told me that they dropped me an email 15 min ago that the person who I had the appointment with is not yet registered with the direct billing system and I had to pay out of my pocket for the treatment and can only claim it once he's registered which no one knows when it is! I feel deceived finding out about this only when I walked in, if I had known it during the call I could have decided and not mess up my plan for the day. Or they could pay it out of their pocket and wait until his registration is done! I was impressed by the reviews but I believe service and customer care comes first.

Update: I received a follow up email from the clinical director on the same day, there was a mistake in the communication with regard to submitting claims on my own, I was booked for an appointment with Cianna, she was great, listened carefully to my pain points and focused on the areas and also showed some exercises to do throughout the day. My pain has noticeably reduced since my session.

Cianna is the nicest person ive met.shes so helpful.has fixed alot of my pain and issues.im gonna keep going back, i highly recommned her

Clean and hygienic place. Good customer service and the RMT was professional and knowledgeable.

My therapist is very professional, welcoming and knows what she is doing to help me her client with my injuries. I have tried other places, and had to return to her for my care.

Original Post: I'd like to review the services but I am unable to do so. Why you ask? Because, they have cancelled my initial visit 4 times without any alternative time compensation. I have been trying to get a massage for a condition for over 6 months without success. I've finally had enough and plan to take my business elsewhere.

Could never get through to the receptionist, and she never returned my voice mails, when I finally did to inquire about my claim she said it was some paperwork stuff. That was a few months ago and I still haven’t been contacted by anyone for my treatment. Disappointed and sore.

Jeff Kraus deserves some serious recognition as a massage therapist! His techniques and applied knowledge have made a significant difference in my quality of life. Jeff is constantly improving and developing his skills and I wanted to show my appreciation for his service by leaving this review. I’m partially blind deaf and paralyzed on the left side of my body and have been hit by two cars as a pedestrian walking. Most of the time I live my life in excruciating pain and within 45 mins Jeff is able to easily identify the problem areas and realign my body. I leave Coast Therapy like I’m walking on a cloud! I am not regularly visiting chiropractor, only as a prevention method for support my health for the future. When I received the information that without visiting chiropractor every 3 months I suppose to have again initial appointment, I was quite surprised and upset, because from my understanding that is unfair. But thankfully manager of coast therapy, I felt respectful attitude, individual approach and pleasure to visit clinic. Thank you

Glad I was able to continue my physiotherapy online when the clinic closed, and really appreciated all the help and support I received from the staff. It has been a gift from the universe to have found Dr. Kimiya Sabbaghan as my chiropractor. She is an absolute ray of sunshine, caring, constantly checking in with me during treatments as to how I am feeling. She listens and actually hears what I am saying and works together with me. I don’t feel just like a “number” in her office. Kimiya has been treating my lower back/ hip issues as well as my Vertigo spells with the Epley maneuver.
Not only does she do chiropractic adjustments, she spends the whole 15 minutes doing massage, active release, cupping, physio movements, K-taping as well as stretches to take home.
She has gone above and beyond with her patient care and creates a “safe place” where it allows your own body to work with her for ultimate results. I walk out every time feeling light and high for how good I feel after treatments. It’s like she is in tuned with your needs of care and has the magic to deliver results. I highly recommend her!

I have also been seeing RMT Annabel Danchuck and i have to say she has been the best Massage Therapist i have ever had. Just like Dr. Sabbaghan, Annabel listens to the patients needs and focuses her work on the actual area and surroundings to bring ultimate results. I walk in and out of her "office" with a smile every time. She has an amazing personality, can make one laugh yet she can also set the mood to what ever the patient requires at the moment. Great bedside manners. I feel fortunate to have both these Practitioners working together on my needs. Thank you Coast Therapy and last but not the least, thank you front desk staff for always carrying a smile and making me feel welcomed.

Most recently I've been working with physiotherapist Giancarlo Brancati to help rehabilitate a sport injury. Giancarlo's knowledge and skill has had a profound impact on my recovery.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone and Giancarlo specifically for his skill and expertise in rehabilitating sports injuries.

Went in with extreme pain due to tennis elbow caused by repetitive usage of mouse and keyboard. After few massage session with Paul, now I am 95% healed, pain is almost gone.

I find that the physiotherapist relies on the heating pad way too much, often to assist more than one client at a time. I was once left on the heating pad for 27 minutes, and I paid attention to the time on my watch as I was getting frustrated with how often I would be left unattended. Very disappointing experience.

After I woke up with a semi-paralyzed upper back on the left, I went to see my GP, then another GP. Then I tried NUCCA chiropractic, massage, lots of meds, muscle relaxants, nerve relaxants (Gabapentine), etc, the pain just wouldn't go away. So, I desperately called Coast Therapy's Nozar and begged for IMS. He patiently listened to me and invited me to join him in one of their locations (as I persisted on urgency) and he treated me. That night, I slept with a simple advil. I went back to my GP, and I received no other meds. Except he said I have to suck it up. The next Friday, I went back to Nozar. Now, I'm sitting behind my computer without the pinched nerve pain, and while I'm doing his prescribed stretches, I'm getting ready to go to bed without ANY pain medication. Just 2 sessions. I'm not going to stop there though. I need my neck, my hands, and my time with family. Thank you Nozar for all you have done for my family!

Had a physio and a massage therapy there, the service and the treatment are great. Would definitely recommend them.

+ received a reminder email and reminder text before the appointment
+ front desk was organized, knowledgeable and friendly (so rare these days!)
+ Arvin has fantastic bedside manner, went over all the exercises and stretches with me patiently. He is highly detailed in explaining my back issues, and even emailed me the exercise instructions with pictures afterwards! There was not a question he could not answer in regards to my back.

Nozar is an amazing physiotherapist. He helped me with my very painful herniated disc within a short period of time I was back to normal. He is warm, kind and professional. I never had to wait longer than 5 minuates for him. My husband has seen another physio here and was not please with his long wait times.not sure if this is a reception or a practitioner issue but should work on their bookings and wait times for other practitioners. Thanks for helping me Nozar! I highly recommend his services!

Please do not waste your money on massage therapist Jeffrey Kraus he is a horrible therapist who doesn’t know how to massage but does know how to take advantage of people. He inappropriately touched me during my session. I told him my neck was severely tight and in a lot of pain and needed relief bad as well as my lower back with pain in my UPPER GLUTE area. He spent 40 minutes of our session massaging my left groin area and my butt he literally had his fingers in the crack of my butt! I kept waiting to see if he would switch and start massaging other needed areas which he eventually did but with minutes left in my 60 min sesh and the few minutes he spent on my neck was pathetic! He is a creeper and shouldn’t be massaging anyone!

Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. The best I've found in the lower mainland by far

A team of care practitioners at Coast Therapy helped me with a very scary health concern that regular doctors couldn't for over 2 years!

I first came to Coast Therapy to see Dr. Kimia. I wasn’t even sure if chiropractors can help in my situation, but I heard that for some people they performed miracles and I had nothing to lose.

For over two years I had been experiencing a steady worsening of a health concern that was being investigated by multiple health care practitioners with no luck. It started as one of my hands going numb, then both hands, then spread to my arms up to elbows, then both legs up to my knees. By the time I went to see Dr. Kimia I had tons of blood tests run, as well as CT scans, ultra sounds, and an MRI; I also saw multiple specialists, but still had no answers.

She listened to my story very carefully and started trying things. To my complete amazement in just a few treatments she was able to get some sensation back into my hands. I couldn’t believe it! As my case was very complex, she recommended that I also see a massage therapist – Dr. Harold Keech. He was also amazing and I was very impressed by his ability to ask the right questions and link things together. This kind of investigative talent for some reason is very rare in the medical world. They worked together, continuing to ask questions and pointing me in the direction of some theories about what might be going on. I also started working with a naturopath at the same clinic - Dr. Raeann Galuska, and reading lots about things they all have been mentioning. After some experimentation with my diet and supplementation, I came to a conclusion that there were actually multiple things going on, each of them contributing a little bit. No wonder it was so challenging to find the cause! If only traditional doctors spent enough time with you to listen, I might have found the answers earlier…

Very soon, some common threads started crystalizing and after some personal experiments with diet and supplementation sensation in my hands is now coming back! It’s still work in progress, but I now know that my condition is now permanent, which is all that matters.

Alongside of this issue, Dr. Kimia, Dr. Harold and Dr. Galuska discovered and fixed other problems I didn’t even know I had! I case of neck tendinitis that has been bothering me for a long time; compressed nerves in my hands, that were happening separately from what we think ended up being the main cause of my hands numbness – pernicious anemia. Misaligned jaw, causing tension headaches, which was happening because of a tooth I have had extracted a couple years ago and didn’t get to deal with. Hashimoto thyroiditis, accompanied by a slight sensitivity to gluten, which was causing an array of symptoms.

When I first came to the clinic I had all kinds of small health and wellness concerns that started to affect my life and productivity, and now I feel vibrant and energetic again and my biggest, scariest concern is being addressed.

I highly recommend Coast Therapy if you have concerns that you feel are being dismissed by the medical practitioners or if you just want to work on small things regular doctors never have time for. It’s really-really worth it!

Excellent place to go if you have an injury or are recovering from one. Both, my son and myself highly recommend this place

AVOID. Shock wave 'therapy' damaged my elbows; pain from morning till night, permanently. Visit at your own risk.
