Coast Therapy Maple Ridge

Lindsay Cole is my favourite RMT therapist. She is always accommodating, asks about my preferences and is very professional. I would highly recommend to family and friend.

About 3 years ago now I broke my ankle due to a motor bike accident. I’ve been seeing Kadian for 2 weeks now, and I have nothing but good thing to say about her.

She’s super friendly, every exercise she’s given to me is helping me support my ankle. I’ve done a few different treatments already and I’m feeling I’m on my way to a better recovery.

Love Kristen, she is absolutely amazing. Had Chuck today for my first time getting acupuncture. He was very gentle, knowledgeable and left with a 10/10 experience. I will be adding this to my self care for sure.

Ayesha is very caring and compassionate. She has helped me a great deal with my physio plan and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Chuck took the time to explain what was happening to my body to cause the pain I was in and discuss ways to mitigate ongoing issues in a very positive manner - I felt like there could be relief down the road. I woke up this morning in less pain. I have booked my second acupuncture treatment.

Evan explained his methodology thoroughly before beginning my massage. He was courteous, professional, thoughtful and encouraged my feedback.
I was pleased and wouldn't hesitate to go back to him.

Lindsey identified my problematic areas and explained every next treatment thoroughly. She is highly skilled and experienced. Unfortunately she is solidly booked in months. I would recommend her and the Coast Therapy to everyone!

Stephanie was great She answered all of my questions (and I had many) and was amazing at relaxing the trigger points on my neck and shoulder. I love a deeper tissue massage and if you do too, she’s your girl!

Amazing experience right when you walk through the door. Kadian Murdock went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier to have had her work on me. I appreciate you getting me back on my feet in such a short time.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this facility. The front staff are friendly and helpful, and my massage therapist is amazing. When I was first referred for massage therapy I had an opportunity to be treated by several of the therapists before I was paired with Lindsay. Each therapist was excellent. Lindsay has helped me through some of the worst pain in my life. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and very professional. She is certainly an expert in this field.

Anu is amazing! When I saw her I was in sooooo much pain, and she really helped relieve the pain. I am usually leery about physiotherapists, but I 100% trust Anu.

I’ve been with Ayesha since May and to say she’s a good physiotherapist is an understatement. Ayesha is one of the best physiotherapist I’ve been to. She listens to all your concerns and is able to make adjustments according to your pain. I would recommend her to anyone.

Staff are kind and helpful, and the office and facilities are very clean. Our massage therapist, Kristin, is excellent. She is on time, experienced, kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to you. In our case they can bill directly to extended health. Parking is sometimes tricky with the lication being in the shared plaza, so give yourself a few minutes extra for that.

I recommend this place, professional and knowledgeable staff, very clean place.

As a senior I have had a lot of experience over the years of finding the right physiotherapist for various health problems which I have. Since my previous physiotherapist retired when COVID began, I was worried that I would have difficulty finding a new physiotherapist because of my high expectations and also my fear about safety practices around COVID. But the front desk staff and Rachael were a joy to meet today. Rachael's empathy and ability to work through my numerous problems are what I expect from my physiotherapist. She discussed my long list with me and was able to prioritize what to work on first. And amazingly I already have improvement after my first treatment for one of my primary problems. I am looking forward to working with Rachael to fix the other problems I have allowed to become worse because of my fears these past 2 1/2 years. I suggest you give them a call and book some time with Rachael.

I wanted to get back to working out to improve my mobility without injuring myself. I was already seeing someone at Coast Therapy for Physio and RMT. Brittney asked the right questions and had me doing exercises that pushed me while correcting my form and working on the the zones that needed it. I highly recommend Brittney and Coast Therapy.

This location is great for many of your wellness needs. It is nice to have many disciplines in one location and their processes and front staff are welcoming. Laura (physio), JD (chiro), Chelsea (RMT) are all extremely helpful and genuinely care about your wellness. I'm thankful to have access to all of them in one location.

I have been suffering from bad hip flexor, I was excited to get
in and see a RMT, this has been an on going issue, so when I see someone new I am always clear about what i looking for. I have to say this was by far the worse massage I have EVER had I could barely even feel anything and the issue I was there for wasn't even addressed might as well have taken my money and thrown it out the window. I also had a an hour booked but I think it turned out to be a 40 min but of course charged an hour waste of time and money. I will never go back or recommend this clinic.

Update: Coast medical therapy has reached out to me to make things rights and I would like to give them a chance. This is not about money as I am lucky to have enough coverage from my insurance to cover my medical needs. It is about making the process right. Accepting there is a problem is the first step to address that. I change my rating from one to three. I will update this rating after a few more sessions in this clinic. This is the community that I live and I do like it to thrive and be successful and deliver the top notch service.

I have had two unpleasant experience with two individual massage therapists at this place.
First masseur was doing a good job in terms of massage, however he was engaging in lengthy conversations. Don't get me wrong I would like to talk to people but not when I am receiving a massage. You can invite me to a coffee shop and I'll be happy to chat for hours.
Second experience with a different therapist, he was late because he was stuck in the traffic. There was no update from the staff as I was sitting there for 25 mins, till I asked. If you are running a business and you have a client at 8: 00 you should aim to be at work by 7: 30am. Traffic excuse is such a lame one. I was not offered any sort of compensation for the fact that he wasted one hour of my time.
