Coast Tsawwassen Inn

The room is clean and neat and new. It’s comfortable as well. There is no room service ; you have to order take out. That’s very inconvenient.
The coffee tastes like it’s from a gas station (the room coffee). That was a big disappointment for me. It takes a long time for the water to turn hot and when it does it’s warm but not hot. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It is always a delight to stay at the Coast Tsawassen. It is one of my favorite hotels on the mainland. Chris at check in and check out waa friendly and accomodating. The fancy chocolate treats he handed to us upon check in was a hit. Jacqueline in housekeeping kept our suite tidy. I also enjoyed my workout at the gym since it was very spacious and there were many equipments. We always love the breakfast and th staff! Thanks again Coast Tsawassen for delivering excellent service!

Excellent stay. Really clean (so appreciated), modern and very comfortable. Booked a queen suite and couldn't have been more pleased. Bed and bedding was super comfortable. Coffee, tea, microwave and fridge provided in room, along with two huge flat screen tv's. Staff friendly, helpful and eager to make guests feel welcome. I brought a small dog.and a little dog bowl and treat gift bag was also provided at check in for my pooch, along with a couple of nice chocolates for myself. Sweet touch that was appreciated. Ice water, papers and a nice seating area to read off check in is provided. Self-serve continental-type breakfast was included in the morning and I found it really great. The breakfast burritos, little egg muffins, oatmeal raisin cookies and Starbucks on tap was just perfect! Browns next door was nice to order in the evening for a meal in and have it delivered to your room. Kudos to management for a job well done at this establishment. Keep up the great job!

Stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved my time here! The complimentary morning breakfast is amazing, so much variety and delicious foods! The gym is great! The staff are amazing! 10/10 experience

What a beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of spending time here while travelling for work. My hotel room was an actual beautiful apartment, complete with kitchen with full sized fridge and stove! Real dishes and utensils made eating take out pleasurable. Real wine glasses, not plastic. The bathroom had a deep tub and a separate shower - soft big towels. There was also a big screen TV in the living room area, an office with a great desk and a cozy bedroom that has sliding glass doors that open onto your very own patio. Not a balcony - a patio. Staff were wonderful, complimentary breakfast had lots of choices. I have two miniscule compliants - there were no feather pillows or really soft pillow options and there was no dairy alternative for the coffee. I still give it a perfect score because I had a full size fridge to put my own dairy free cream in and I could have brought my own pillow because I am so fussy:) Fabulous place!

Modern, clean motel close to the ferry terminal (10 minute drive). Free breakfast included and there is also a guest laundry which is free to use - just have to buy your detergent from the front desk. One washer and one dryer only. Underground car park gets quite busy possibly due to use by the restaurant next door. Restaurant was super busy though it was a Saturday night, wait time was 25 minutes so we opted to drive to a place nearby. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay for the ferry.

Redone, comfortable beds, friendly staff, free delicious buffet breakfast. Wi Fi is slow and no Sport Channels on TV

Stayed here for the first time and we definitely would return. Great location from ferry terminal. Friendly staff welcomed us on our arrival with chocolates. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.and clean. Loved the quality soaps and lotions in the rooms. Complimentary Breakfast was well stocked and lots of variety. Definitely would recommend staying here for travel connections as well

We had an exceptional experience staying at this lovely, recently updated hotel. After a long flight, we were grateful for the comfort, attention to detail, helpfulness of the staff and easy location to both YVR and the ferry terminal. Highly recommend this hotel as a very pleasant oasis!

Nice hotel. Good Service. First impression was of the receptionist, Kiran. She was polite and has very good communication skills. Ambience was good as we were group of friends who decided to stay there. On the top of it was Breakfast which was really good.

We stay at the coast every January when we have a function with the Delta police pipe band.
This is our first time back since covid. This is an all suite hotel. The rooms are excellent, very clean, bathroom is spotless, bed very comfortable, my son and wife slept in the sofa bed and they said it was very comfortable. Breakfast area has been renovated since we were here last.
Bright and spacious and a great selection of foods for all tastes. I miss my toast in the morning but the scones were delicious. See you next January!

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Kiran, thank you so much for being so patient with us and making our stay more than special. I loved the suite, everything was so clean and the customer service was beyond amazing. We will surely be returning again every time we’re in the city.

Just checked in after staying elsewhere and am very pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Rooms are spacious (separate living area and balcony in mine) and hotel from top to bottom is thoughtfully renovated. Whole place is spotlessly clean! Quick and easy check-in, parking underground, free laundry, etc all make for a great experience. Highly recommend.

We are seniors who have stayed at the Coast Tsawwassen on numerous occasion when traveling from Alberta to Victoria. The rooms are very spacious, décor is exceptional & hotel associates are always accommodating. Less than 15 minutes to Tsawwassen ferry terminal. The fitness centre meets all your fitness requirements. We would highly recommend this hotel facility if you want a hotel that exceeds customer expectations!

Wonderful, clean, spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Breakfast could have been a bit more Canadian. Continental breakfast didn't do it for me. Went to the White Spot up the road.

A very good an welcoming hotel when you are traveling with a dog. I highly recommend. Nice neighborhood nearby for dog walks

This Coast Hotel is very modern and comfortable. The rooms are like mini suites with a separate sitting area, clean and large glass showers and a separate bedroom with a barn door to separate the rest of the unit. Wonderful comfy bed with crisp white sheets. Your parking is included in your room rate, unlike most Coast hotels we have stayed at? The parking is in a secure underground lot.
Bonus and unexpected was the free breakfast, not your generic bland hotel breakfast but, hot egg bites, homemade muffins and oatmeal monster cookies, yogurts, fruits and many other items. Yummm!
I would definitely recommend this location and will return again

Excellent, rennovation is very up to date, rooms extremely clean, spacious with kitchen amenities, very comfortable bed, great breakfast in am, adjoining Brown's Social House that was also delicious, excellent stay highly recommend if you need to stay in this area

Really pleasant stay! Clean, comfortable room setup with nice additions (e.g, coat hooks by the door with a little bench seat and storage). Friendly and accommodating staff. Really comfortable bed and pillows; even the pullout couch was comfortable. Quiet street outside the room (back side of building). Easy underground parking. Only major complaint is the bedroom door is a barn door, so it doesn’t seal noise or light. Kind of defeats the purpose of booking a suite if you need your child to sleep in the bedroom while you’re still up in the lounge area. Also no plates or cutlery in the suite, but front desk did provide when asked. Continental breakfast wasn’t that great, but that’s not surprising. Would recommend!

I was a stranded traveler in a snowstorm waiting on a ferry. The receptionist allowed me to wait in the lobby, use the bathroom and drink some coffee. If this is the behavior of the staff here then I'll stay here any time I visit Vancouver.
