Really love this place. Been here for 3 times already and Christen is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve had multiple great treatments from Dr Bae and his staff. They have a real attention for detail and explain the treatments and reasons for them really well. Super friendly staff too!

A fantastic dentist experience. The hygienist is the most kind and gentle soul. I used to be scared of going to the dentist, but here I feel safe and cared for.

It took me a while to find a great Dentist in Vancouver but I finally found it! Dr. Bae and his team were superb. Shout out to Tais and Hannah for the great service from start to finish!

First time going to a dental clinic in Vancouver and had an amazing experience. The assistant Tais greeted me and made me feel at ease! She was so polite and respectful. The receptionists, hygienists and the dentist were all very nice. I will for sure come back!

Super disrespectful and very offensive, I would never recommended being helped by her, however thankfully the other staff members were very helpful and patient throughout my visit in the unit.

The whole staff here were so lovely and accommodating. They fit me in during a busy time for them and out my mind at ease over my dental concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bae and his team are always so helpful and friendly! Dr. Bae listened to all my concerns and provided me with detailed information and treatment options. As someone who has struggled with TMJ/jaw issues since having poor ortho care in my teens, I am grateful and relieved to finally find a dentist with his level of expertise and honest advise. Hannah and Tais are always willing to help with any questions I have and coordinating my appointments with ease. I highly recommend Dr. Bae and his team at CCDC:)

Great experience for a clean and fillings. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything during the process.

First visit went smoothly. Hopefully the future treatment will be good as well. The place is not perfectly clean though. I would expect it to be sterile.

If I could do zero star I would, anyways I missed my appointment today because I was not feeling good at all, so it was my bad for not calling them back. And I called the office and Hannah the one who answered my call and i did apologize for not showing up to the appointment because I’m not feeling well at all. And she was straight to my face saying it’s all good but will be charge of $75. I was super nice to her if she can not charge as a new patient and I have so many treatments need to be done at there office. And she was so rude to me and that’s the policy. But it’s all good now your boos lost a 2 new patient me and my partner and need treatment for over $4k done. For $75 policy.

Me as business owner I do respect the policy of all the businesses and rules are rules. But for the first time we all can do exceptions and $75 it’s nothing. But believe me for how she was speaking to me I have no idea how she’s still at this great office. I’ll never come back again to this clinic.

So friendly! I was nervous about going cause I hadn’t been in 5 yrs but everyone was very welcoming and not shaming at all! Definitely recommend!

I have extremely sensitive teeth and used to dread the dentist. When having cleanings I used to need freezing and multiple sittings. That was until I found Dunsmuir Dental, and Colleen the hygienist. Always a great experience coming here for my routine cleaning and dental health check! Christine is an awesome hygienist, who is very professional with her work and makes sure your teeth are as clean as they can be. Dr. Bae is very knowledgeable and patient in performing his examinations. He will take his time to answer all your questions and help recommend the best approach to your oral health. I had a bad experience years ago which resulted in a fear of going to the dentist due to having a bad root canal back home in newfoundland. I scheduled a new patient exam, new xrays and a hygiene cleaning and I was blown away! The professionalism, kindness and covid precautions at Coastal City Dunsmuir Dental was amazing. Dr Tony Bae, his assistant Tais, My hygienst Maria and the receptionsist at the front made my visit a breeze. I'm now look forward to my next visit. Thank you very much.
