Very quick to help me out when I forgot to renew my insurance. Renewing by phone is so simple. All the employees there are awesome. Nobody loves buying insurance but this gang makes it sting a little less.

Tried to reinsure my car, spoke with Cazzie Martin (a representative in Victoria answering calls) and had a very disappointing experience. I’m a single mom with a toddler trying to navigate the pandemic and there is an option to renew over the phone. I needed to submit pictures and did, but weren’t clear enough so he asked me to scan them. Had to set up a scanner and needed to call back but already agent seemed hesitant to do a callback and suggested I go in. Today, I was able to send clearer pictures and even though it was naptime for my daughter I still tried as he needed me to be on the phone for the whole process. When it was nearing half an hour later and I was waiting for his email to come through for several minutes I asked if I could call back after I put my daughter down for a nap. His response was that I “couldn’t keep taking his time like that”. And that he “had other clients”. He could just schedule an appointment in person for me (which I already mentioned would be challenging for me with my toddler who will not wear a mask). Not only was it rude to suggest I was wasting his time, but also not trying more graciously to work with me as a client is enough for me to never want to use this company again. I declined his offer to help me and will find a more polite insurance agency for my needs.

If you have to use this insurance place then you have to but if you dont id suggest you go elsewhere. The staff are rude and 20 mins on the phone trying to reach someone to set up an apt.
