I am so glad I found this shop. We rented three bikes last weekend to bike around the lakes along the Valley Trails. Great service and super friendly staff. Definately would recemmend! Thank you for guiding me the bike routes, that was fantastic.

Been visiting this store for over six years and never had bad service. Great product selection, friendly staff, good prices and stuff in stock. Had a mechanical issue on my son’s bike and they sorted me out in 30 minutes with no hassle. Worth the drive to Creekside for sure!

These guys are a fantastic store I have bought skis in the winter and bike stuff in the summer. They’re always happy to help you out two times they didn’t even charge me. They treat you like you’re their friend and are insanely knowledgeable. A company that truly puts their customer first

Coastal Culture is the best and only full service ski shop in Creekside. They have a wide selection of equipment and accessories and their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. They made everything easy and convenient. Measurements were accurate. They did great with my children's equipment too. Rather expensive but worth it for the convenience.

Some of the friendliest people you'll find in Whistler. Super helpful and cared about getting us setup with the best fitting rental gear. Not to mention, they have some sweet swag! Don't skip out on this local place!

Rented some gear here when my bag was lost by the airline. Adequately staffed (unlike other nearby stores), staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices seemed fair. My fiance also bought goggles she was very happy with.

First off, the people working were incredibly pleasant and helpful! This is the reason for the 2 stars! Thank you. However… I spent extra to get a “premium” snowboard package for my wife and myself w/ boots and bindings. The snowboard was a K2 rocker/camber/rocker. Not a terrible board, but certainly not premium and had absolutely no wax on it. Not a drop! Thing was slow and sticky and it was about 10’F or -20’C ish. Did have sharp edges, it’s only Defense. Next issue was the bindings. Absolutely the worst bindings on the planet. Supposed to be over the toe, however kept slipping off and my foot would slide around. Thank God I had my multi tool with me, because I had to adjust all 4 straps on top of the Mountain to get my boots in them. Again it was -20’C and super windy. Lastly we come to the boots. Holy S&’t they were absolute garbage! Why? Why would you buy those and charge people money? Do you just not care if people come back to your store? It literally felt like my feet were attached to a snowboard with cement. I am still, 2 weeks later having difficulty walking as a result of them. “Premium” package, I can’t imagine what you rent as a “Sport” package. I was unable to enjoy Whistler-Blackcomb because of your terrible equipment. Thanks for that. Please take note of this so that others don’t get their hard earned vacations ruined as well.

Thank you Coastal Culture, for having awesome employees! Mid-July I brought my bike in looking for a derailleur hanger and when the gal grabbed the brakes, she warned they needed to be replaced asap (master cylinder). This is the only bike I've ridden so had no comparison to how levers should feel for bite, but apparently the spongy I was feeling was not air in the lines. She wasn't trying to upsell (they couldn't do the service for me anyway), just gave me the safety information. Great customer service. I wish I'd gotten this gal's name. Many thanks from me and my purple Giant!

Cheerfully helped me understand the tech details of a part I needed and provided good info about alternate sources when they were out of stock. On a later occasion they encouraged me over the phone to come in for a quick service diagnosis and repair and provided the diagnosis after just a 5 minute wait. Very helpful.

Great and speedy service. They were able to install my bindings on my new skis in 30 minutes. I totally expected to leave them for a few days. So thankful I had my skis for the next pow day! You guys are awesome!

After dealing with a well know bike shop in North Vancouver and receiving average customer service and an unwelcoming attitude we stumbled upon Coastal Culture. They had one of the last RM Altitudes in BC in the size we wanted. So off to Whistler we went to pick up the bike. What we encountered after walking in was a bike shop where everyone was in good spirits, friendly and very helpful. A real team. This is the kind of store I have no problem spending my hard earned money. The owner Ryan spent over an hour with my son going over the bike and educating us on the many issues related to maintaining a high end bike. Some things we knew but there were many things we didn't. This is a bike shop that knows bikes and goes the extra mile to keep customers happy and coming back. Highly recommended!

Best bike shop I have ever been to! Amazing customer service from the whole team and they really know their stuff. I needed some rotors and the staff went above and beyond to look through a new order that wasn't even in inventory yet to help me out. Really convenient location as well with tons of parking.

Friendly and attentive staff. Super chill vibes. Hand sanitizer everywhere. They helped me fix my pole baskets, waxed our skiis and did our edges. Had it done in a few hours. Set us up for a great couple of days skiing. Thanks guys! We will be back.

I went in for some disc brakes last week for a great price. I also came in with new tires & a worker was able to kindly help me get it onto my rim. Very kind staff, well managed & run!

Just picked up my Salsa Warbird after having a Ride Wrap installed. It looks fantastic! No visible bubbles. It's practically invisible. Great product and great service. Very timely as well.

Terrible. Managed to fix a spoke, but had to go back again to get the wheel actually trued. It was then trued, but was left dangerously un-tightened. Had trouble ever since, and have taken to a proper bike shop to get fixed. Seemed to be someone around 14-15 years old working on my bike. Will never be going back. Especially for the price and service. You don't actually talk to the bike techs. Go anywhere else.

Their crew was quick to help us on a recent ladies bike trip, and even gave us a great rate on a rental while they did a bike repair. Need a map or suggestions for local hikes? These guys are experts all around.

Best bike/ski shop in Whistler by far! Their staff is super friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about anything related to traversing mountains. I was unsure what mountain bike to buy, and Tom - the owner - gave me a detailed run down of great options to meet my needs and price point. He discussed the pros and cons of each bike and patiently answer all my questions! I learned a great deal just by talking with him. Coastal Culture is the west coast vibe and one of the few remaining independent retailers in Whistler. I highly highly highly recommend checking this spot out to get to meet your skiing/biking needs as well as getting a true feel for what the real Whistler is all about:)

Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly despite being busy dealing with all the extra traffic due to Crankworx happening in Whistler at the time. Anna and Ryan were great about helping us understand what trails would be good to check out as it was our first time in the area. Ryan went out of his way and talked to us for more than 20 mins about all the different trails, what areas are known for what, where the best camping is, everything we needed to know. They literally SAVED our Whistler and Squamish bike trip!

I gotta say, you guys are my new favourite bike shop in Whistler. I came in to your store to get some sealant for my mtb tires and the next thing i knew my bike was on the stand and my tires were getting the full service. Total time turnaround was less than 10 minutes. Thanks guys.

I purchased a bike from them in the fall. It had been a while since I was into biking but the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were tons of fun, not at all pushy and made the experience great. I ended up with a Rocky Mountain Altitude and have been having a blast on it. Definitely the right bike for me.at least for now. What can I say, these guys are the goto for anything Bikes in Whistler. I've used them all in the past and Coast Culture absolutely outshone all other bike shops with their attentive service. Nothing was too much work or hassle. We ordered a new Ebike for my wife and it wasnt quite the right size on the opinion of Ryan the owner, no problem to order a larger size and have my wife refitted. I wouldnt fail to recommend Coast Culture to anyone looking for a New Bike or Bike Servicing and in Wintertime I'm sure they give the same service for Ski Rentals.

Andy set me up with a board rental. Excellent service, decent products. Easy process from reserving online, to picking up the rental as well as custom adjustments to fine tune the ride. Will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future!

Great service, great prices and good gear. You can order rental online (recommended) and then pick up the day before from 4pm which allows you to go straight to the lift on your first day of skiing. About 40% cheaper than Can Ski.

Very convenient to Creekside gondola just a short two minute walk in boots

We booked a standard ski+pole package for our family of four. Good quality, well tuned Head skis with a very sharp edges.which we appreciated given the hard pack conditions during our stay.

Professional helpful and friendly staff we really appreciated that they let us drop off our skis and boots each night since our AirB&B was very small, and we did not want to tempt thieves by leaving them in the car. They will put your boots on a drying rack over night so they’re good and dry in the morning
