Connie is caring and professional. She put me at ease while doing laser treatment. She continually asked how I was doing and encouraged me to breathe throughout the treatment. I didn't even realize I was holding my breath. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

I have had multiple treatments from Connie. Laser hair removal, laser treatment for spider veins and Coolsculpting. I am so please with the results from all the treatments. I first came to the clinic last month for a consultation. Connie has been wonderful in helping me find a routine for my acne prone skin. I struggle with discolouration and years of sensitive skin. I was feeling quite down about it today and Connie was kind enough to squeeze me in for a Lazer Genesis appointment right after my Mother had an appointment. She is so body positive, she radiates positivity. Something I really appreciate about Connie is her passion for her work. I’ve been to other places to treat my acne, however, even after explaining my financial situation. It was more like a sales discussion; I felt pressured to purchase products I didn’t have money for. Connie is the polar opposite of this, she doesn’t bring up products unless she absolutely 100% believes it will give you the best possible results. Even then, she does not pressure you. She finds ways to accommodate your situation. She overall is the best specialist I have been to.

I have been having my IPL treatments for rosacea, fine lines, and acne done here for two years now and it has been an excellent experience. Connie is wonderfully personable and and treats the person as a whole, taking into account their lifestyle and other factors. I have had treatments at other dermatologists office in the past, but never felt comfortable as the estheticians were very superficial and seemed to only care about the bottom line. As well, I have never felt comfortable with people touching my face but with Connie I don't mind at all. Coastal Dermatology also carries ZO skincare products which are top notch and worth the investment because they last a long time and really benefit the skin. A+

I’ve been to so many medi spas across Canada and I have to say, I love this place. I went for my first time this afternoon and Connie is delightful! There was no lecturing or pushing a product line, which I’ve unfortunately encountered numerous times before. It was so relaxed and she’s very accommodating. Im going back next week! Connie instantly makes you feel comfortable, especially with her knowledge and care of you. I had rosacea treatments a few years ago with someone else, but stopped after a few due to the expense, pain of the treatment and not seeing the results to bother continuing. Connie said that with her new machine less treatments are required and less pain is endured in addition to being less expensive. I could not believe the results from just my first treatment. The deep redness was gone and it was not as painful as it was in the past. I am beyond thrilled. Because the new machine is so efficient in requiring less treatments, less pain and less expensive, I went ahead and started laser hair removal on my face. I started this process 20 years ago but could not continue. I was very excited to discover it was so quick, easy and painless for me. I am so grateful to Connie for her professionalism, passion and compassion.

After being a long-term client, in excess of two years and throughout Covid 19 Restrictions, I marvelled at the calm, warm, and professional experience I received every time I ferried to see Dr. Burgess. His clean and tasetfully decorated office, with clear instructions, and a front desk clerk that could multi-task in a way that was sychronistic with the clinic happenings, clients, phones, and product. The perfect team! I went to see Dr Burgess to treat a small skin cancer issue, and he was very thorough, professional and considerate. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Connie is so warm and friendly, and at the same time very knowledgeable about her treatments and products. I’m super pleased with the results. She is my skin care guru, and I’d highly recommend her!

From the consultation through the appointment Connie (Medical Esthetician) was both professional yet warm and friendly.
My husband was the one having the treatment yet she invited me in to the consult to explain everything to both of us.
