Everytime i have been in there i have gotten excellent service. I thought i needed a key coded which would of cost alot threw honda but when i talked to them it didn't need anything just needed a new key which they just took the old chip out and putted it in the new key.

These guys are top notch. Friendly accurate service at a very reasonable price. I wish I knew about them sooner, I would have taken all my lock business to them. Excellent company, I highly recommend them.

Went here to get a few keys copied. Service was really fast and I was out the door in less then 3-4 minutes. It seems like they offer nearly every service when it comes to keys/locks would definitely come here again for anything else.

The dealing persons are very helpful and guide in the right direction. They checked out vehicle and told us clearly that the key fob can't be programmed because of technical issues with the model of our car and charged nothing

The staff here are awesome! I was able to get a key cut and programmed for my GMC work truck at half the price the dealership would have charged me. And Ash even took the time to teach me how it was done. I definitely recommend these guys.

I have been visiting them for about 2 years now, always reliable and fair prices. This week my SUV's FOB started to act up. I did some online research which said my SUV may need some expensive electrical repair or trunk lock actuators. I decided to take my problem to this Locksmith before I go to an workshop, they diagnosed that what i needed was just a simple battery replacement. Called Lance for some assistance in having a key made for a old vehicle and a lock opened on a home not close by. His honesty, knowledge and quick understanding of my issue was excellent. I waited for over 2 hours for another lock smith (long story short but they promised they would contact me at 8 am but I still have not heard from them) before I called Coastal Lock & Key. Coastal Lock & Key is super professional and fast. I called them at 8: 20 am and they arrived at 8: 40 am. As for unlocking, they did it all within 5 mins! I am not sure what other lock smiths charge but this place charges around $100. I would definitely call them again if I ever lock myself out again.

These guys went above and beyond to help me with my keyless remote for my car. Excellent service.

Quick service and fair price to program replacement transponder keys and remotes on a Dodge pickup. Inquired at several other places that wouldn’t even guarantee success but would still charge for the attempt.
