I had the privilege of having Carey Marie Flynn as my sleep apnea specialist. She set everything up with the program after I was diagnosed with severe complex sleep apnea. I know the high level of detailed care and professionalism she gave me because I can compare this experience to a different one I received a year ago. I would recommend Carey to anyone needing this type of care as her knowledge, way of explaining things and getting me set up with the right equipment was amazing! Thanks a million!

Carey Marie was great and helped me try different mask set ups till I found the one that worked. They tuned my machine and now I get a great night sleep. I highly recommend that you don't hesitate and use costal sleep if you don't feel like you are sleeping well. Excellent customer service, very responsive and it is truly life changing to get a CPAP that is dialed in for you.

Carey Marie is very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and educated me on effects of my sleeping issues. I felt very comfortable dealing with the staff at Coastal Sleep. They were able to get me all setup, with the right equipment in a timely manner. I've been using my new CPAP machine for a month, now, and I can feel the benefits. Thanks for the great service.

I truly appreciate Casey Marie’s deep knowledge of the sleep apnea condition, and ways to mitigate it. As well, she was able to explain the convoluted extended health insurance provisions in a way that made it possible to understand. Thank you!

This place has the biggest Scam going. $240 for a mask u can buy online for $85. No mention of not being able to return when it was still in package unopened. I am disabled and have no income. My next move is to contact Anne Drewa on Global news, try and get my money back. Absolutely disgusting NEVER again!

I am very happy with the service I received from Coastal Sleep.

True, it was a bit difficult to get a referral, but only because my family doctor terminated her practice and I had to deal with Telus MyHealth. However, when I got into the Coastal Sleep office, they gave me the device and it was actually very easy to use.

A few weeks later, after processing the data and consulting with a sleep expert from UBC, Ethan from Coastal Sleep gave me a call. I was blown away by the amount of good information Ethan gave me: He broke down all the options I had and explained the risks and benefits of each. I suddenly didn't feel out to sea about treating my sleep/breathing issues.

Because of such effectiveness, knowledge, and professionalism, I strongly recommend Coastal Sleep for anyone struggling with sleep issues.

Relocated to Nanaimo a few years ago from Ontario. I have been a CPAP user since 2004 and needed a machine replacement. During pandemic times, this can be problematic. Supply issues as well as the huge Philips recall have made the newer machines very scarce. I found Coastal Sleep online and worked with Carey Marie Flynn to procure the necessary documents for a renewal in this province. I found her very knowledgeable and informed of the latest developments in the field. She was able to answer many questions, some I've had since 2004. Highly recommend!

Carey is very knowledgeable about all CPAP machines. I had an older ResMed machine which was worn out. Carey helped me through the process of getting a new ResMed 11 with the most care and diligence. Thanks.

Carey Marie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of using a CPAP machine and equipment care. She responded to emails and phone calls promptly. She followed up weekly until the machine was adjusted to the perfect settings for me. She assisted with insurance quote and was able to answer questions regarding the quote when it came back. I'd recommend Coastal Sleep to my friends and family.

Amazing staff! They let me use the equipment to see if it was effective before making me commit to it. I've tries several masks and it is always the same way. Awesome.
