Coastal Sleep - Sleep Apnea Clinics

I was sent here by my doctors request. Initially the experience seemed fine but when I started to struggle with the cpap machine, I was pressured to figure it out and when the trial period ended they were very rude about returning the machine and explaining how the payment for the masks work.

The products they have are top notch, just could improve on customer service - specifically towards helping explain things when a customer is seeking clarification and their tone

*Edit* There appears to be some confusion with this review. The review is not about the equipment or the process, it is about the experience I had with the staff.

Instead of contacting me about my experience with the staff, I find a reply disclosing information about my experience. Reinforcing the negative experience.

I recently switched over to Coastal Sleep after a negative experience with another clinic. Right from the start, the team at Coastal Sleep made accommodations with testing and appointments due to my unique travel situation. I felt like I was taken care of very well and would recommend them to anyone. And I appreciate Navpreet's clear explanations, continual follow-ups, and quick responses via email. The experience was night and day compared to the previous clinic.

The service was great and very friendly. It's clear that the technician, Navpreet, is very knowledge and caring. She was able to guide me effortlessly through the process of learning about the CPAP and it's benefits. I'm so thankful for her professional assistance. And now, I no longer choke or snore while sleeping.

Discovering you have sleep apnoea gives anxiety, but I have to say that Costal Sleep laid that to rest. Navpreet was wonderful! She took time to explain everything, mask fitted properly and I knew how to set everything up. Follow-up has been excellent as well. I would highly recommend Costal Sleep.
