Lovely little shop located in the heart of Vernon's downtown core. I've been in a few times browsing their small but thoughtful selection of seasonal shoes which are reasonable priced and sourced from European countries. Recently, I was in need for their shoe repair service. If you are unaware, there are not too many shops left in the Okanagan Valley who offer this service anymore, repairs were NOT cheap, however they did do a spectacular job on the five pairs I did bring in. Impressive actually. I'm happy I've added years to shoes that already fit great, but even happier to support a small local business that does great work. Thank you Cobbler's Rack!

We drove up from Kelowna to have a couple of bags repaired. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. They were helpful and professional. Offered positive solutions, did the work quickly and effectively and the cost was reasonable. It was VERY worth the drive. And, they have some nice shoes!

Absolutely amazing service and craftsmanship! All staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgable, although Maggie in particular went above and beyond! Cannot speak highly enough of this business, would strongly recommend for any leather boot repair needs!

Incredible service! I was very impressed to receive a prompt email response on a Sunday evening. It was worth the long drive to drop off my sandals for repair. They were mailed back in two weeks just like new!
