I rarely eat any bread however sometimes we know there is nothing to replace for bread. I got a nice jar of red pesto and needed some bread to pare with.
Originally I was looking for italian herb and garlic flavoured bread however this location does not carry anything with garlic and herb flavour (quote on quote). So I bought regular sour dough bread and mushroom and cheese bun. They were both outstanding to pare with the red pesto with crab meat and burrata cheese. Lightly toasted sourdough had amazing texture and flavour and sliced mushroom cheese bun was good as just it.
I took one star off from they don’t carry any herb and garlic flavour bread (in the cobs website, it says cobs bread carry it, guess not just this location). Service was great (sliced all the bread I got), staffs were very friendly.
I highly recommend if anyone consume bread regularly

They have AMAZING bread and their staff are very attentive and always happy to cater to your bread needs. Kudos!

I went in for the hot cross buns. Seasonal goodness so get them while they last. You won't regret it.

Got the ham and cheese, chocolate croissant, and lemon blueberry scone. All pretty good. Wish the ham and cheese came toasted.

Whenever I am on Davie I make a point to stop by the bakery and get a pastry here. I used to live in the area and they were a part of my morning routine. There was a Starbucks next to them and I would visit them right after picking up my pastry. They knew my order every morning, and would greet me with a big smile on their place. While this is a chain bakery, they give me a small community bakery feel.

The cinnamon scroll with icing sugar topping is amazing and improves the day.
Love getting the country grain loaf (sliced) to make sandwiches with at home. Friendly patient shop attendants.

I love this bakery, most of the sweets in other bakeries are so sweet but I love this one. I tried three different sweets and all of them were perfect

The quality of the product is good
Costumer service, not really and I am regular client.
Since 3 months ago, I go and the scones that I get are small, so I said it and the answer was all are different.
I know and I understand that, those that I get they were considerable small, compared with those on the window
This as been happening for a wile.
I really wanted to support local but I can support a different local.
I am switching in to a different place
