The staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of baked goods, always fresh and clean with good atmosphere.

Excellent service at the counter. Staff member listened to what I was looking for and she offered up the possible bread options which would suit my desires. Maintained a friendly tone and patience until I decided. Very efficient process. Thank you.

Neighborhood store gives wonderful service. Bread quality needs to improve and the price is high.

On top of having such a wide variety of delicious sweet and savoury breads, the customer service is exceptional. I had the pleasure of being served by Jordan and Ella yesterday, and then Jordan today. Yesterday, Jordan and Ella were incredibly patient as I took my time deciding what to get. Jordan had a full and complete understanding of the current products as I had a couple of questions. Likewise, today when I went in, Jordan was able to quickly and efficiently find me what I needed.this cobs isn't even the closest one to my house by the amazing customer service keeps me coming back!

Great customer service, the employees will make sure you get pastries you won’t regret. The person working behind the counter gave me many insightful comments on the bread and suggestions depending on my tastes.

Worst customer service by the guy working there I got there 6: 25 still 5 mins to closing and there were customers inside he told me he can’t serve me like seriously I drove all this way and got turned away it’s not that I wasn’t going to buy anything and he didn’t have it in store he had so much still we’ll that will be the last time I go in there but thanks to the sweet lady in there who offered I take her space but he still said no

Emily was so very kind and professional. Her happy demeanor made it a pleasure to shop here. I will be back:)

I went to this store to redeem and was asked to provide a valid member phone number or show their app on my phone instead. I only had the email and ID which was not enough. Service was adequate. Please update your promotion details if your conditions have changed.

I like the fresh bread and get the higher fibre white for my mom, who is 87 and occasionally get scones, so yummy! Still love Cobs for the Higher Fiber White bread and Sour Dough bread but love all the other yummy baked goods too! I also am so impressed they give their unsold goods away for distribution out in the community. Good job Cobs!

I came to this location just after closing time and was treated poorly by the gentleman that was loading the extra bread into totes. I will not shop here again. I have had a positive experience on other occasions.

I’m convinced everyone who works here is an angel.great service every time.i love the higher fibre loaf.personally, i think the sourdough loaf doesn’t taste very good, kind of like there is vinegar in it, but if i want sourdough i just go to a different bakery for a boule.anyway, love this cobs location!

Sep 16 2021 ordered 5 breads and a few hrs later went to pick them up, the bag was ready. It would have taken 10 seconds to give me the bag tap-pay but NO.
I was the only customer in the store.
Since I don't wear a mask, the employees (protected by plastic shields and mask) asked me to to go out wait, and come back to pay so that 10 seconds reduce it to half, (5 seconds).
When I tried to reason with them, the quick response was "please leave". They were trained by Jeff the owner who a couple of month ago assured me that I won't be harassed again because not wearing a mask, (cuz it happened before), but I was.
My wife and I tried to call the owner quite a few time the last few days but he never picks up the (cell) phone, does not return our calls.
For ten year we were their best customers. We will never set foot there again.
Our BC government give businesses licenses to operate to people assuming that we respect the laws and the Charter Of Rights of our customers.
But these people are just artificial.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in today with my boyfriend and we asked about the focicca bread? And the woman behind the counter was so helpful and kind! We then purchased the cheese and chive scone as per her recommendation. Left the store tried it and it was AMAZING so we turned around and went back to purchase more, we told her how much we loved it and if we could buy some more. She said of course and said it was on the house? I wish I got her name because she was so great to us! She had, I believe purply-red hair and was wearing a cobs hat. SHE NEEDS A RAISE! Highly recommend this location as our customer experience was fantastic thank you lovely lady

They were closing had a lot of bags sitting ready to be thrown out I knocked and asked for a sample or anything up to a bag they say no it’s for donations only. Well I was asking for a donation smh poor practice. Rude owners

Faith demonstrated amazing customer service. Extremely friendly and very pleasant to chat with. After we paid for our order we decided to purchase one more item. Faith gave us a free loaf on the house. Totally unexpected, I had my credit card ready to go.

I asked one of the girls about what she suggested for avocado toast, and she took her time to explain me the choices they had, I am very happy with the Garlic sourdough she recommended.

This place is so fantastic! The customer service is outstanding! Super friendly and efficient too. And the bread! Delicious. There's nothing I can't recommend. If you're looking for a real treat try the cranberry sourdough loaf (they only sell it on Fridays though) or some fresh croissants!

It’s 1: 30 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The displays are full of fresh pastries & the greeting rec’d was wonderful!

The ladies that are working right now were extremely friendly, still in the parking lot as I write the review! I left with a great feeling. I was here a few weeks ago as well and the feeling was the same. This is a great location.

Also thank you to the anonymous person who bought a bunch of scones for other people - that was a very kind gesture and much appreciated!
