Just ordered off Uber Eats and the Danish was so stale: (
Really disappointed as this was my first time ordering from here and I thought they were good

The staff at this location is always so friendly and helpful. The bread is phenomenal too!

Lisa (owner) and her associate welcomed me in the morning today with cheerfulness. It was indeed a great start to the day as they both provided excellent customer service, shared product knowledge and ensured my needs were met when I requested non-glazed scones in advance. This location too is kept quite clean and products are well displayed. Look forward to being a regular customer more often!

Everything looks good. I got a dozen and half of sweets. Also the spinach fits croissant is delicious

I missed my birthday cinnamon bun by a few days but they still gave me one for free! The owner is very nice! And this new custard bun they are making is really yummy!

Pro tip: get the Cobb's app and collect points and get a free bun on your birthday!

After trying some of their breads and pastries, absolutely liked them all. Really good service, fresh and high quality so never disappointed us at all. The store always clean and look nice.

Never disappoints a fresh pastry craving! The bread and pastries are consistent in quality. I love walking into the bakery and looking at the well displayed cases. The only negative is - it takes me a long time to choose what to buy. So many delicious options! I definetly recommend the pizza flatbreads- so flavourful.

I was helped by Lisa, the new owner. She was very friendly and informative. I'm now a regular and she's got me hooked trying new breads every week.

I fully understand they don’t give a anybag to put in my bakerys. But you guys need to learn some respect to customers, like contact eye or say “hello“. Why do i feel some uncomfortable every time visit there.

Here I sit eating a gingerbread scone, enjoying everything about it. Tasty and delicious. So glad I got them. The bakers at the shop are always friendly and very polite. Clean and conscious about the pandemic. Signage on signs and floor.

Always great service and wonderful bakery products at this location. Excellent service from Michelle in the front and Nicki in the back of the store. We live in the neighbourhood, and this is our local Cobs. Of course, we'll be back!

Love Cobs bread, but this location still needs to train their staff better customer service. The girl had no smile at all! Bought a pullapart, but only cheese and garlic on top of burnt bread, inside had nothing. Needless to say, very disappointed.

Absolutely appalled. Witnessed anti masker being happily served by the front desk clerk. Clerk proceeded to collect CASH from this customer wearing no mask, and went on the handle bread for the next customer. My friend video taped the whole incident. The customer smiled smugly as she walked by. If you don't mind getting sick, by all means go here.

Amazing staff and selection! I visit this location at least once a week sometimes twice. Amazingly fresh and a great selection. I encourage everyone to try any new products you would be amazed.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Everything is yummy! I typically go once a week to pick up fresh pizza bases for our Friday Family Night meal. Whenever I want to treat myself, I buy some cinnamon buns. My kids prefer the scones, so I’ll occasionally pick up a variety of those too. I’ve never had an issue with an order I placed in advance—the first time was during COVID and they were offering a free loaf promotion with scone purchase. I ordered a bunch of items (everything looked so good!) all of which disappeared in 2 days.and it was 2 bags full! The order was nicely packed and they cut my free loaf as I wanted. Their sourdough is delicious—made BLTs with it, but also ate it toasted and buttered with soup. I love how they donate the unused food. My family had mentioned how they bought fresh bread here, and I wish I’d listened sooner!

I come to this location often, but this time I had a bad experience I’m never coming here again one of the worker name Geoff was being very rude towards me and also very disrespectful towards he’s team members, you can tell he was not interested in helping other customers.

The store attendants are nice, and quick, sometimes in the afternoon they have run out of common products like croissants, mini loaf, etc, still is a convenient location.

The best Cobbs in Surrey, maybe even BC! They got a new senior baker/manager and she's turned the place around. It shows in the product and atmosphere.
