COBS Bread Bakery

I seriously love this place! Always fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The cinnamon buns and the cheese and chive/herb pull apart bread are my favorites:)

The male upfront gave me a decent size item for free! It’s hard to get free stuff these days.

Not a great place to work, I'd do everything I could to make sure I was doing everything right, mind you they gave 0 training, and then after my 4th shift fired me cause of their lack of being able to train properly, and something about not doing what I was asked. They refused to acknowledge that their cleaners were giving me chemical burn managment needs some help. Their products are delicious and the staff are friendly.

Location nice however staffing and food it self is by no means special very much enjoy the other baker's in they area rather then.

The absolute worst place I've ever worked. I've tried to let go of the memories of the most vile treatment I've ever received and just can't. The things that were said to me in front of customers were unforgivable to the point I had to serve people their food in tears.

The baked goods are delicious and the sales/bakers staff are super people, the management is terrible, rude, and crude. I worked at this location and Rod was very rude swearing all the time and picked favourites. I quite because I wasn’t put on the schedule for weeks and was told by my coworker that I was fired with no explanation and not a word from management about it.

We are all struggling with our mandated situation. Came in, masked, with a friend who is legitimately medically exempt. The lady at the back barked at her to get her mask on. Friend replied she was medically exempt, then walked about because she’s so tired of being judged and looked down on. There is a nice way to speak to your customers. How about try being nice, not confrontational. Let’s make this world a better place in the spheres we are in. Won’t be back!

Needs to change the menu a bit seems like its allways the same thing allmost every time i go there

Super helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me. My daughter has a form of IBS so I love the fact that they have fresh low fodmap products.

Our new favorite place. Haven't tried everything yet but the cinnamon buns are delicious. Just tried a variety of scones. It did not disappoint. We always say we're just coming for bread and then end up with an armful!

Management is extremely poor. Nothing but bad experiences. Dry and tough snacks here. The bread is alright, too expensive. Staff is friendly enough, always trying to sell you more, and I HATE that. (I know it's probably their job) It's a bakery, I already know what I want when I walk in. It seems like a very transactional and fake experience each and every time. I've given up hope for this place.

Lovely fresh baked goodies right off the strip in cranbrook. They have a nice selection of sweet and savory baked goods. Friendly staff are always happy to give advice on their favourite items.
