I always love the service and baked goods from here. No matter which location you go to, they are consistently polite and friendly. My favourite items are the Chia loaf, Apricot Delight loaf, and the various Teatime baked goods.:) Oh and they do amazing hot cross buns.

Bad Business Practices.
They had a stamp coupon system before and I still have a full card. They said they will not honour it even though there is no expiry date.
I believe without an expiration date in Canada it has to be honoured even if that system was discontinued.
I have bought >100 loafs there. No more.
