I went there a few days ago, but I was not happy with the things I saw. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. I have never worked in a store myself, but I hope it is not like this everywhere the manager of the shop wasn’t treating her employees right she was rude and unprofessional I was very upset when I saw it and also i was not satisfied with their bread, it was very cold

I am a very easy-to-please customer and I always give out 5 star reviews most of the time when I am satisfied with the service. I love their bread so much but I am so DISAPPOINTED with this location! The lady in the cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I picked up the pack of Focaccia and changed my mind. I placed it back on the stand beside the door while the lady had my sunflower loaf sliced. When she entered all the bread I ordered, she gave me the total and I just tapped my card without any question. Then this lady said "You took the Focaccia right? " I told her I changed my mind and didn't even know that I was charged for it because I returned it.why would she even charge me for it? I was shocked that she was unapologetic and told me there's no way I can get refunded for that. It sounded to me like a customer cannot change her mind. I asked her if there's anything she can do but offered no option and just stared at me. It wasn't about the money. It was about what she would offer to solve my inconvenience for being charged of something I didn't want to buy! But I am not a person who would embarrass someone in front of other customers, I decided to let it slip and took the bread I didn't want home.but never will I go back to that location again.

I've been a regular at this location for quite a while. The service has always been great and exactly what you'd expect in terms of quality from a COBS. Since mid-January, however, a sign has been put up on the storefront saying they'll be closed and undergoing renovations "for up to two weeks". We're now in the second half of March with no indication as to whether they'll be opening anytime soon, with the same sign still on the front of the store.

This is absolutely poor management of the situation and I'm just fascinated when I drive by and consistently see people showing up and being let down that the place is STILL closed with ZERO communication. I don't usually write reviews but this "renovation" is so comically slow and disrespectful to your customers, that it has to be called out for what it is. I'm sure that if this location ever re-opens, they'll still produce the excellent quality you should expect, but I don't know if I'll ever be back because I've just come to the conclusion that this place will never re-open, lol.
