CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

When we arrived we were told that they have some problems with card payments and we could pay only with cash. Once we placed order online, we had to wait 30 minutes. All customers who came after us, had already received their orders. And they had some problems with a system again.
Very disappointed experience!

Ordered on ubereats. Experience was terrible and outrageous.
Drink leaks because there's a small hole on the cup seal. Leak happens and is understandable.
BUT what's shocking is that the store staff thinks its okay to cover it with a plastic tape, which blows my mind that the store does not care about hygiene or food safety. Will not order again.

Been here a couple times and the drinks are made consistently the same. The wait isn’t too long but I can imagine if it gets busy you’d be waiting for a bit. They added in a table so you can sit inside now but sitting is limited. I think most people get their drink to go anyways

I ordered 4 cups if 3 Guys and write the note no Pearl, Jelly coconut only. But they don't read carefully the note. I got 4 of them with Pearl. So disappointed.

Good store with affordable and good taste bbl tea. The new location is wayyy more spacious than before. Brought my non-Chinese classmates there and most of them enjoyed it

Would have given zero stars if I could, the guy said he would give me a $20 off coupon, but the app charged me the full amount and the workers basically forgot about the order until I asked.

Been visiting the W Pender location for a while and it was great, but recently got overcharged and the staff didn't do anything when I brought it up. Have tried to get in contact with support but still no luck/response. I have the receipt to prove it too. Hopefully it can be dealt with. Will not be returning till its solved.

Great stop for a bubble tea in downtown Vancouver. Good variety of tea flavour options in cold or hot along with fresh fruit series.
Favourites include:
-Roasted milk tea with pearls or grass jelly
-Jasmine milk tea with fresh taro / QQ
-Bubble Gaga -Passion fruit with tea, pearls and coconut jelly

I asked for pearls two times and she gave me very thin small straw tge pearls keep stucking in I cannot even drink it.plz keep up with the customer orders

Its one of the famous bubble tea in vancouver and i recommended it to you.the menu is full of option that you can order and have fun with that.

It took them over 30mins to make my drink. It was during lunch time, of course they are busy but waiting over half an hour for one drink is a lil too much. They are very slow and doesn’t have an effective work flow. You need more staff working on a lunch time when its busy. Or just don’t accept uber orders.

I am mad about bubble tea! Never had it before this trip but seriously fell in love. Missing it already! We'll be back!

Milk tea is good, but it’s not worth waiting 15 mins. I was the 2nd guest to order in-store, and it took me 15 mins. I believe everyone behind me ordered in-store and stayed there for at least 10 mins.

One of the best bubble teas in downtown! 3 guys bubble tea is the still one of the most worth bubble teas in Vancouver. Would love to come back again and try different bubble teas. Their location is close to granville station or canada line

This place should get fined for not accepting cash from customers (because it is breaking the law) and should never be allowed to open again based on their horrible customer service. I went there today and my orders had already been placed, unfortunately I forgot my credit card today but had cash in my hands. They just wouldn’t give me my drinks.

Would have given it 4 stars but they only have 3 workers there (twice that I have seen) so there is a wait.

Tastes delicious, but I've ordered two drinks, and waited for about 45 mins (they were busy and I understand) only to realize that they didn't even have my order ready or didn't know what my second drink is or where did it go. So my first drink has just been sitting there forever.
This shop is quite messy management wise. Might not come to this branch anymore.

I always order the 3 Guys drink, it's so delicious.
Always a great service and the amount of seasonal menu items allows you to try a new drink almost every month.

I ordered brown sugar pearl latte and latte it's mean with milk not milk tea, and they gave me 2 cup with milk tea, very disappointed

This bubble tea shop is one of my favourite in Vancouver. I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and it is amazing. The boba was light, chewy and flavourful. Also, I ordered a regular size and they gave me a large.

A very comfy, cozy, clean and new feel style building with plenty of space to enjoy your super yummy drinks.
I had to stick to my one of my classic favorites, The Two Ladies Milk Tea (Zero Ice Zero Sugar with Pudding and Pearls) which was made to perfection as is the case with every single CoCo experience.
I planned to take the short walk from here to the ocean front and watch the sea planes. However, it was so good I barely made it there and had devoured my bubble tea and already dying for a second if I could give in enough to temptation!
I absolutely love the fact CoCo seems to be opening a lot more chains in BC now and stoked I don't have to travel far to visit my favourite bubble tea joint!

The QQ Milk Tea (made with sweet potato pearls) was delicious! The pearls were softer compared to normal tapioca pearls, but still chewy!

Good tea options with perfectly prepared boba and jellies! Fast service and great customization, which is typical at these boba shops. The less sweet (70%) is still quite sweet (I'd try 50% next time) ; the total for a large was almost 7$. They do have monthly promos for maybe 5-6$.

Drinks are ok. Even at 50% sugar it's still very sweet. Almost $7 for a drink, a bit pricey but it's downtown and almost all bubble teas have raised the price lately anyway.

However, I was very upset that when I was ordering they did not tell me they ran out of pearls and there was a half hour wait. Stood there for 25mins until i asked and they told me there's another 5mins wait for pearls. Half an hour for an overpriced drink and I missed my appt for this. If they told me sooner I would've gone to my appt first and came back. Now I missed it. Thanks but no thanks.

Ordered delivery for 4 drinks using Ubereats and they didn't give us any straws.wasn't able to open it to drink so had to go in the garbage after trying to contact customer support on Uber to get it fixed, and the response was to give me a $5 voucher for my $28 order that I wasn't able to drink, and refused to help me further.
I've contacted support for the store as well and never heard back.
Disappointed that I spent $28 on nothing, and don't plan on buying here again, when I can getter better drinks and service at Sharetea.

Coco is by far one of the best bubble tea places I've been to. I've tried getting the same drink I get at Coco elsewhere and it's just not good. Haha Coco =#1

This location is quite spacious and bright. I like their brown sugar milk tea, but sometimes the pearls are a bit hard. I would come here again if I'm craving bubble tea.

Fresh Taro is on promotion for $5. Nice airy atmosphere. Good customer service. When ordering, you can add extra toppings, you can decide the amount of sugar and ice. A huge communication table to meet new friends, or window seats for people watching.

This place has a lot of amazing drinks and bubble tea. Different flavors and several fruit tastes.
Their location are quite far from me but good every time I visit Vancouver.
The only cons they gave is their price is little higher than I expect if you compare t Starbucks type of Teavana

The place is spacious and clean. There' a long table and some 10-12 seats. Went there at around 7: 30pm on a weekday and there was only a short queue. Service was quick.

The bubble tea here tastes of synthetic, artificial flavours. Lacks the authentic tea aroma of freshly brewed. Even the minimum sweetness is way too sweet for me. I do not like this brand of bubble tea at all. I found much better quality ones at competing stores.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I bought 3 drinks and they made me wait for 15 minutes meanwhile at least 4-5 people been served at the staff entrance. When I asked the staff why people who came after me bring served before I get my drinks.there was no answer. Totally ignored me like if I wasn’t even there. I have never felt so embarrassed in my entire life!

My favorite bubble tea in Vancouver. But I had the bad experience in this location. The customer service in here is very bad, the girl who take my order avoid me when I said I would like customize for my drink. And she pretend like not hear anything and refuse me. I think she need to train how to treat the customers.

Understand it was on a promotion day. But would you keep waiting and smiling while number 46 has been called and you, with number 35 has not and all the staff just running said "not yet"?

I went here for Brown Sugar BBT promo and the taste wasn't too fantastic. BS BBT normally comes as 70% at least, but I didn't customize my drink it was a mistake.

I liked the taste from the beginning; however the more I sip it was VERY sweet for my liking. I think some might like the strong brown sugar taste. Service was fast and friendly. Even though, this is a smallest busiest Coco I've been to turnover time is fast. I couldn't even finish my drink in the end. BS promo expires on 31st of this month.

This bubble tea shop is in a central location which makes it easy to drop in by foot, and not so easy by car.

It's a pretty standard bubble tea venue in a busy high traffic location with plenty of staff on site taking your order, and preparing consistent quality drinks to keep things flowing relatively fast. There is a customer bench at the front of the shop facing outwards, otherwise this is mainly a takeaway store.

I ordered the bubble tea slushie special for summer, which was the brown sugar pearl slushie with 30% sugar. This didn't have the same full delicious flavour as a regular brown sugar drink, but for a slushie was still great with a mild level of sweetness, and on a hotter day was welcomed.

So, I was trying to order a taro milk bubble tea but the card machine was not working properly (I notified the worker that it's been one minute that the card machine was not working. The employee said to wait for another minute and later finally admits the card machine had the error). So, I had to go back, get my money, and headed back to the store.

Inside the store, the line was long but a customer was finishing up the transaction. So, I thought I would be the next one to pay since the bubble tea is already out and waiting and transaction have been 90% done. It just needed to be closed by a payment (literally the employee just needed to take my money and give the change back).

Even though I was in front of the cashier, instead she decided to take two more customer transactions (and this was long. Took about 5 minutes to 8 minutes before I had to chance to pay for it) before my turn.

I could somewhat understand why the cashier did this. After I have paid everything, I expected an employee to give me my drink, after all, I could see it behind the counter.

So, I waited until the employee would hand me the drink because it would be rude for me to put my hand over the counter and grab it from the employee work desk (Also, just to make sure the employee could see me, I stood in front of the area where drinks are handed out to customers).

But I was wrong. The employee did not care about giving my drink nor even decided to look at me. So I stood there for about a minute before realizing the employee's deliberate ignorance and had to remind the employee to hand my drink.

I was surprised the treatment of the employees because they treated me like I did not exist.

Please, if you are the manager of this place, please look at the CCTV at the stated time above. See if this is how you should treat customers.

Tea tea was delicious! Tried out the brown sugar milk tea and it was fabulous. The pearls were fresh and paired great with their brown sugar tea. Highly recommended.

Love that they have the brown sugar bbt all day. Unlike some bbt shops that only make it twice a day. Good size compared to some other places.

If you like to try bubble tea around Vancouver, ‘YI-FAN Taiwan fruit tea’ is the best that I like it even more than here. For the place don’t go- don’t go to ‘Chatime’ on broadway, which is horrible with chemical tastes.

Love their milk teas, but Passionfruit and grapefruit flavor was lacking. Still a great place to get bbt and very customizable.

Lid was not sealed, staff ignored as I dumped tea all over myself and then confused as I asked if they had a towel. More interested in laughing over a phone or something at the register than my soggy predicament.

Definitely won't be returning.

This is more of a pick up and to-go location since the space is very small. Their milk tea was very tasty, especially the 3 Guys. I tried their brown sugar milk and the pearls were so soft and chewy! Location is convenient and the service is great. Highly recommended!

I love Taro but the fresh Taro is a bit too chunky. Since will like it but I don't. Taro is always my favorite.

This location is always busy, so dedicate at least 5 minutes waiting for your order. With that said, pricing is great and the quality is consistent. It's my go to bubble tea store as it is near Granville/Canada Line/Waterfront.

I go here for my milk tea fix and I go to happy lemon for my lemon tea fix! Also the taro sago is a good alternative!
