Coffee + Vanilla

One of the best places to spend a pleasant time with a good coffee. I was very happy with the almond and white mocha croissant, sensational. Very friendly people and a perfect place for these rainy days, I will definitely travel again to visit them.

By FAR my favourite cafe in Metro Vancouver! They have a $3 latte of the day and you really can't beat that. Also their soup and sandwich deal makes for a really great snack/meal depending on your appetite. The bread that came with the turkey sandwich was literally to die for. Parking could really use some work but it's worth a short walk for.

I almost forgot. I've also tried their chocolate mousse and it was so good. There is this thick layer of chocolate on top of the mousse and now I'm going to get one next time I stop by.

Their coffee is pretty weak (mine was extremely watered down) and disappointing quality, but their baked goods are pretty good. The young man serving me was pretty unfriendly, though the young woman making my coffee made up for it.

Very cute place! Aesthetic is really pleasing to look at. The coffee was delicious, extremely strong and rich! Second time I had the pumpkin spice iced lattee and that was delicious. Food was pretty dry. Very quick service once I ordered! The couple times I have been in, it takes awhile for the baristas to even notice you. Not overly personable interactions both times ive been. They don’t really look up. Parking outside can also cause it to be a little difficult to reach

Neat place! My wife and I each had a chocolate croissant, she had tea and I had coffee. Tasty, fresh, good service, clean. Good value and good taste! I did note that the sign said that they stop serving drip coffee at 2: 00 PM? But a nice business and in a nice area. THANKS!

Sticky cinnamon buns are great. Lemon loaf is huge and great. Service was excellent service _ but I was disappointed the drip coffee is shut off at 2: 00!

Really great spot here, excellent service and big respect for having the tip % not being 18% or over.

Had a croissant sandwich, broccoli soup, and an ice turmeric latte which was all super tasty. See you again soon cheers!

Stumbled upon this cute cafe while waiting for my car to be serviced and needing somewhere to work on stuff, delicious food. Was surprised at how affordable the sandwiches were for a coffee shop! Delicious latte!

Latte cup sizes are a bit on the smaller end for something that's over $5, but overall place is relaxing

Always enjoy going to see Sarah, Joe and staff when I am in the Austin Heights Neighbourhood. Great Cafe and amazing staff. The food is delicious.

A relaxing coffee shop with very unassuming but God tier baked goods. I originally came here just to grab a quick coffee, since it was close to where I needed to be that afternoon, when a lone cinnamon bun near the register changed everything. I'm currently living in Surrey but have already been back twice since. I even changed Costco locations now because apparently "a cinnamon bun" isn't a valid reason to my wife for why I NEED to drive to Coquitlam every weekend. Anyways, as you can tell from my photo, sometimes the universe likes to throw you curve balls. Sometimes, even tho you drove for 20 entire minutes, there isn't a cinnamon bun there waiting for you. Yes, like I, you may feel the overwhelming urge to start punching air. But please do not fret. Because why you ask? Cinnamon. Bread. Pudding.

Delicious latte, yummy macarons, the Earl grey tart was so decadent! Just really really good all the way around! Definitely worth a stop in London fog latte with soy yum yum! Good amount of seating

Asked for a chai latte, couldn't drink it at all. Tastes like dirt and even has the wrong color. Also waffle tasted bad.

Tried macarons from here before and were good. Returned to the store today and got a slice of the triple fudge chocolate cake. Both ladies were friendly and helpful. Also gave me a happy birthday sign, choice of dark or white chocolate, for the cake. It was beautifully made. Cake, as the lady told me, was moussey. But it was good. Love it. $7+ for a slice though.

Friendly staff, good coffee and pastry. A hidden gem not to far from Ikea Coquitlam. I will definitely come back!

Great little coffee place, reminded me so much of being in Europe. Coffee was the best I had either in Vancouver or visiting Alaska on a cruise. About a 20 min walk from where we were staying at the Ramada. Nice ambience, clean, friendly and contemporary. Croissants nice too. Price was low for Vancouver and the final plus was no hassle to add a tip at the end with a card payment. Would visit again.

This place is super cute with a nice aesthetic, they sell really cool candles and lots of pretty plants on the wall. Lots of seating which is nice and service is friendly. The coffee was not bad but nothing special that you couldn't make at home (I can't speak for the lattes because I only got black coffee). The only super disappointing experience was with the tiramisu cake, it did not taste at all to what tiramisu should taste like and was weirdly soggy, not the right texture or flavours for tiramisu. However my friend got the macaron which looked pretty tasty.

This place was so good to spend my weekend time! Staffs were kind, drinks and breads look so delicious! Definitely I will visit again

Beautiful aesthetic! Perfect for reading in the morning with a London Fog! Location gets beautiful natural light and is very inviting!

One of the staff gave me some reccomendations on what drink that I should have since it was my very first time there! All the staff was very nice & welcoming & they accept cash! The lemon meringue tart was very very good & delicious! I also absolutely really really truly loved their iced matcha green tea latte, it tasted so unbelievably amazing way better than Starbucks iced matcha green tea lattes that I used to get there all of the time!

London fog seemed to be made from powder, not from tea bag like they used to, also ignored special instruction that I didn’t want sugar or syrup…

Beautiful pastries and delicious. Wish they would use a stopper or use tape over the lid for drinks ordered with delivery so there's no spill.

I adore this place. I was just passing through and sat to drink coffee and avoid rush hour. I am so impressed by how nice it is. WAY better vibe than all the drive-through spots around. I also appreciate the owner was here working first thing in the morning. Totally my kind of people and my kind of place.

Loved it! Great vibe, music and layout! Pastries looking good. And beverages are great! Small but good selection. Im wondering how fresh it's the pastry. Was great testing but it's a small café with a big selection for the size of the place. Anyways was pretty good pricing too.

Coffee was really good I asked for a caramel macchiato and they said they would make me something similar in a latte form and it turned out great. They have variety of macarons which is nice. For decor the live edge tables are pretty neat as well. I would suggest that they have more selection of cakes and snacks.

Love this coffee shop. Great interior decor and vibe. Delicious coffee and macaroons. The only thing is i wish they open a little earlier, even like 7: 30 am so i could grab coffee from here on my way to work.

Only been once but I'll definitely be going back. Don't let the exterior fool you - the inside has totally been reno'ed for a cozy atmosphere and the service is very friendly. Only docking a star because the menu is fairly standard to coffee, teas and lattes but it would be nice to see more options for handcrafted beverages.
