He helped save money buy preparing in advance and taking advantage of lumber prices - By the time of the roof replacement the crew was in and out in a couple of days - including addressing some structural and ventilation improvements. When our roof failed during a recent storm, I called Cole Roofing because they had replaced many of our neighbours’ roofs. Jason was extremely responsive and within a few days (after the snow melted from the roof), he and his crew installed a new roof quickly and efficiently, which included replacing rotten sheeting, two skylights and several roof vents. Jason is a good communicator and kept us informed at every step of the process. After the installation, every scrap was cleaned up. Cole Roofing is very professional and their work is very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Cole for your roofing needs.

Jason responded quickly to my call when I had a leak in my roof. He did a temporary fix until the big rains subsided. He then replaced the old roof which I am very happy with. His team is professional and they did a great clean up when the job was finished. He also stays in communication so you know what stage they are at.

I would give 10 stars. Second roofing job Cole's has done for me. Jason is an awesome lad:) Called him about my dripping ceiling at 07: 00 & he was here & tarping it in 30 minutes. Great company to work with. Super great communication and they expedited the roof install to meet the short weather window we had to work with. They were punctual and really polite. We were very happy with the quality of the install, and we consider ourselves really picky when dealing with contractors, we have had some other roofing companies that were horrible. So, over all a great experience with this company, and we would highly recommend to anyone.

Jason and his crew were outstanding. Everything happened on schedule, their pre-communication skills were appreciated and they worked hard to complete the entire re-roofing job for a large house and separate garage in just over three days. Our house now looks terrific. And.the price was right!

Cole Roofing was recommended to me by two friends who didn't know one other. Out of three different estimates theirs was the most reasonable and their quote included more work than the others! I called Jason late October 2020 and thought I left my request too late in the year. My 15 year roof was already 21 years old and I was worried that it would leak in this winter's rain for sure. Jason managed to fit me in and the work was done in three days. He was on time and the clean-up after work each day, and when the job was finished was professional and much appreciated. Great roofers. Hands down would recommend. We have used them twice now. Once to redo our roof on our house a few year back. They did an amazing job, and knowing we were having some other work, came back a few weeks later the check and make sure the other trades didn't do any damage. The other trades did and they fixed as the owner said "its our warranty, we want to make sure its done right". We really appreciated it and year later the roof was great.

We just had them back again when we had an addition done and our own contractor did the roof, sadly three weeks later we had a leak on the new roof. So we quickly called Cole Roofing (wish we had them do it the first time) as we trusted them. Sadly roof needed to be redone but Jason was amazing with working with us in this tough time and even did some patching to ensure no leaks until we were ready for his crew to redo it properly. The redone roof looks great, they fixed so many mistakes that the other company made.

If you need a roof done, call Cole Roofing, you can trust their work, they are very reasonably priced, and they are very respectful of your house. I have already started recommending them to friends.
