A little about Colin Gilroy if I may. He has sold two houses for my wife and me in Manitoba; one in Winnipeg and another in Ste. Anne. He is honest, personable, he knows the business inside and out and has an incredible work ethic, and if there’s anything he doesn’t know about the realty business, neither my wife nor I were able to pick up on it.
