I can't say enough about Collin and how much help he was to us. We had credit "miss-steps" but a fair amount of equity, and he was able to secure a loan when others wouldn't or couldn't.
He was informative and kept the process moving along while keeping my anxiety at a manageable level. He answered all calls and emails promptly, and followed through with answers and information. He is very upbeat and positive, and a real joy to work with. He also had advice for long term goals, and wasn't just concerned with the immediate sale. I honestly haven't had such great customer service in a very long time!
