From a business perspective there is no hustle, no feeling of urgency or efficiency, no structure just employees grabbing the next customer they see.
In terms of presentation there is dust and cobwebs everywhere, an incredibly murky fish tank that needs some love desperately, and plants hanging all over the place that customers just run in to.
On the plus side everything is consistent. The people and the place feel on theme with each other

Very nice people.
I forgot my bag with my stuff in it and they made sure to keep it aside for me to come pick up later

I’m so happy with their service. The lady was super friendly and patiently answer tons of questions from a new driver like me. She offered me lots of options for finding the best of plates number for my first car. Highly recommended!
