Collision Craft

I used Collision Craft for the tow of my 26' RV from Osoyoos to Penticton in September 2022 and had a very positive experience. Pricing was fair, communication was good and I even got some valuable input on where to have the mechanical work done (I am from Montana and had to find someone reliable in BC). Thanks for making a less then desirable situation pleasant.

We were stranded in Osoyoos on vacation with a broken clutch on a Saturday. Collision Craft made sure we were tended to and delivered the car to the mechanics and our tent trailer to our hotel. All appreciated. All very professionally and safely done.

I'm not sure why I haven't written a review - but these guys were great in an unfortunate situation that resulted in an impound about 4 years ago. They went above and beyond to allow me to retrieve me car at a ridiculous time and despite the situation, I am happy Collision Craft was handling it. I can only imagine their other services would be top notch. Thanks.

Roger and his crew did a very nice job of repairing our car after a collision. He guaranteed the vehicle would be ready by a certain date and he made good on his promise. There was always someone at the end of the phone when I called in to check on the progress of repairs. We got the car back in a timely manner and the repairs to the body work were second to none. The paint match is spot on. Thank you Collision Craft you did a great job.

My car broke down out in OK falls. I called them to see if they would tow me back to Osoyoos. They were busy but said he thought he could squeeze me in. The driver showed up so much faster than I thought it would take, and also helped me out my taking my car to my mechanics and dropping me off at my house and did it all for less than I had expected to pay. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again if I ever need another tow.

We took my truck in for a hit and run with damage on the front grill, they did an amazing job fixing it up. Then, we got the truck back and there was damage down the side of the box (a small dent and scratches). They had also washed the truck (which they have never washed any of the other vehicles we have taken to them). We went back and explained what happened and all he could say was "there's no way you can tell if there was damage before because they took the claim pictures when the truck was dirty and now it's clean". He just kept ignoring what i was saying and cutting me off. He also said he had told my parents there was damage and that they said it was fine, that was not true. They had also kept the truck for over a month and only gave us a loner vehicle 2 weeks in. They do great work but very poor customer service.

Absolulte top of the line customer service, we have been using this company for over a decade and love doing business with a local family that maintains very fair prices, knowing that you can trust the service and the work is such a relief, being a woman taking your vehicles to places is always intimidating, but this company has treated me just as equal and respectful as they treat my husband or anyone else, Thank you for many years of reliable and respectful service.

So far not impressed. Really piss poor customer service. They did not return a voice message left 2 weeks ago and when we called to follow-up today, the woman who answered the call had such an attiude problem, ignorant and rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever from the start. Our car has been in their possession for weeks now and given how careless and combative this individual was on the phone, I am worried about its condition. Based on some of the other reviews below, I gather they aren't exactly trustworthy or professional. I've asked to speak with the owner, Roger, so I will update my review after we speak directly to him.

Roger and company were outstanding in helping us out if a jam. They towed our truck and trailer out of the Osoyoos hills in the middle of a heatwave, and even found us an RV site for our trailer on a busy summer weekend when we were certain there was no vacancy anywhere.

Very RUDE worst experience ever. They Lost plates we had to buy new ones then they found them we where late due to going to insurance to get new plates charged 75$ extra for them staying open longer. Never been talked to so abulnty by the female that works there very un professional.

We had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow after hitting some black ice. From the moment we called, the dispatcher Audra, arranged for Steve to come tow us out of the ditch. Steve took my Range Rover and stored in his shop in Keremeos until such time it could be flat decked back to Coquitlam. Two days later my vehicle was delivered by Ron who also was very professional. My hat goes off to all three who definitely made this experience one that wasn't as bad as it could've been. Thanks to you all!

Roger came to the rescue on time, professionally and got us back on the road in no time. He had options for us had the boost not worked. Great service and I would highly recommend.

I have had many different things done here, great service and people. I have nothing bad to say.

They did the repair on time and to showroom condition. All work guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle. All staff very friendly and let you check how the work is coming along and explain what they are doing. I would definately recommend them to do any collision repairs.

Harley broke down in osoyoos. The owner came out with his tow truck, at first we were very sceptical to let him tow it on the end of the tow truck, but he secured it very well and brought it back to kelowna for me with no damage at all. Very happy with this company.

Let's face it, there are automotive repair and body shops out there that are opportunistic and gouging. They act like you are inconveniencing them by bringing them our business. Collision Craft is NOT one of those businesses. It is the exact opposite. Top notch service, quality work, very fair prices, and friendly staff. It's the kind of place that overdelivers every time. The owner, Roger, seems to have infused his personality into every aspect of the business. He's known around town as the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back, drop everything to help someone in need (often does), and honest to a fault. Collision Craft turns getting your vehicle banged up into a pleasant experience.

So my truck decided that the automatic lock was a good idea while I was outside of it.with the motor running on the anarchist summit. I would just like to take the opportunity to tell you all about my experience with Collision Craft and write a review for this local business. This December my car was in a collision as I was coming home from work. A car was coming right at me into my lane heading North as I was going South. The vehicle crossed the double solid line and I had to immediately swerve out of the way to avoid a head on collision. I swerved into a parked vehicle and had to wait for police officers to arrive and investigate the situation. The passenger door could not be opened and side mirror was damaged and barely hanging on as well as above wheel well and along the right side of vehicle dented and scratched up. I immediately called to report accident to ICBC and filed a claim. I could not even arrange to get my vehicle fixed until the adjustor contacted me. Which was not until January. I immediately contacted Roger at Collision Craft and took vehicle up for him to take photos and get him to assess the situation. This is a very busy shop and was called as soon as they had time to get vehicle in. Then of course we had a bit of a weather delay with all of the snow, when it finally got dropped off I was given a courtesy car to drive in the meantime. As I work out of town and needed a vehicle. It was in the shop for a couple weeks but I wasn't too concerned. I sent photos that I had on my phone with the damage and kept in contact with Roger. He messaged me when it was ready to be picked up as did his wife Grace. This a family business and very professionally run. The car looks like it was never damaged in an accident. My car was also cleaned for me before I picked it up. Which I was very appreciative and thankful for. Thank you so much Collision Craft and your team. If you ever need your vehicle repaired Roger is reliable, honest and trustworthy. A+ in my books! Hope you are all safe and healthy during this crazy time.

My boyfriend and I were moving from Toronto to Vancouver when our SUVs serpentine belt snapped. With it being Good Friday we were afraid we were going to be stranded. Thankfully we gave Collision Craft a call and they answered. We had our car towed and when it got back to their shop and worked their magic! Thankfully they had a belt and replaced in right on the spot! We feared we would have been stuck over the long weekend until shops opened on Monday! We couldn’t be more thankful for them and all their work! Within an hour we were in our way again! Thank you again for everything you did! I’d recommend them over and over again!

I'm not one to post reviews and spend my time doing so, however, this is one that I feel obligated to. Basically, do not be fooled by Roger's seemingly helpful persona. Once he gets you in the door, he will ignore calls, messages, and cause you more headaches than it's worth. I feel for the employees that work there, because this guy represents everyone poorly. Nearly 2 months later I received my car back, overspray all over the car. Scrapes on part of the car that was not involved in the collision. And poor accountability. Also, it appears as though he ran the bill up with ICBC. A very very minor collision with a piece of snow ended up being near $7000.00. Just save the hassle, go to penticton or anywhere else for that matter.

Amazing service! Me and my three kids were stuck on the side of a highway, on a long weekend. The tow truck driver went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and we had somewhere to go.

I would highly recommend this company.

The engine in my SUV seized on the Hope-Princeton Highway and no Princeton towing companies could help me get it to the dealership in Penticton. Called Collision Craft in Keremeos and they came to the rescue. The driver was personable and professional and I have no qualm giving this company a 5 star rating.

So unbelievably helpful. Helped me out of a sticky situation on a long weekend. Very knowledgeable, kind and honest tow drivers who definitely go above and beyond. Thank you!

For the third time, Roger and his team have been my go to! From unlocking my car, to two "collision" repairs, each on a new and different car. The body and paintwork would defy anyone to know that there had been dents and scratches. Thanks again!

After a 4 day camping trip with our grandson (and our cat!), we stopped for lunch in Osoyoos on our way home to Kelowna. Eager to start the last leg of the trip (none more eager than the cat), we hopped in the truck and discovered - to our horror! - that the ignition switch in our truck had packed it in (at least it had the good grace to wait until we were back in Canada). Called BCAA and were told the wait would be approximately 90 minutes (ugh). After about 30 minutes, the owner of the company (who wasn't actually driving that day as it was Sunday) showed up to assess the situation. We were told that our truck and camper could be towed to a repair shop of our choice in Kelowna and that the 2 of us would be able to ride home in the towtruck as well.he had not yet noticed the kid (or the cat!). Long story short (ish), we were hot (33 degrees), cranky, broken down and stranded with no car rental available (even in the next town an hour away) and no-one available to drive the hour and a half to collect us. ROGER AGOSTINHO (owner of Collision Craft) to the rescue.he let us drive his "loaner" all the way home to Kelowna where we met his driver (and our truck & camper). Towtruck driver then towed the loaner car all the way back to Osoyoos.pretty sure Roger should have been wearing a cape that day, his service was definitely above and beyond SUPER!

My friend totaled my car.was late in the evening and Collision Craft saved the day. Roger talked me through everything that was going to happen. And made a potentially very stressful situation much much smoother. Driver picked us up, drove us to the hotel Roger booked for us. Next day got us a ride to the shop then arranged a ride for us free of charge to a city an hour away so we could get a ride home. We are very grateful for the help and service we received.
