Excellent service and superb craftsmanship. The team at Tom's Colorworks is amazing. The staff are nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to fix a deep scratch on my rear bumper panel. I thought the work on my car would take a few days, but it took only one day. That's right. One day. Wow! And the work was flawless. They set me up with a rental car that was covered by insurance. The whole process was professional, efficient, and stress free. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I will definitely return for future repairs and recommend this place to my friends and family. Great service. The repair was done quicker than expected. Very helpful and patient staff. Other places said I'd need to replace the whole bumper for a small scrape. They did the repair with no parts needed and it looks like new.

Everyone was very friendly, did a great job on the repair of scratches. Did a little extra which was very much appreciated and had the inside wiped down as well. No problem getting a courtesy car. Bill and his team are wonderful. I had a hit and run months ago, which left my bumper damaged and light missing. And his team was able to replace the entire thing in less than a week. In addition, I noticed when I picked up my car, that it was washed and the interior was cleaned. A very nice touch, that I was not expecting. I highly recommend going here for your autobody needs. The staff at Colorworks Toms Autobody Coquitlam were all extremely helpful, explaining everything to me about the repairs needed for my car. Work was done on time and I couldn't tell where the damage to the exterior was when I got the car back. In a time when we are put on hold and dealt with as quickly as possible by many companies, it was refreshing to get immediate service by telephone and on site by knowledgeable, friendly staff and have quality work done. After a fender bender with my 1992 (you read that right) BMW 325, I took it to Tom’s for an estimate and ICBC claim. I was skeptical that ICBC would pay for a repair but when they did approve, then began the slow process of getting parts direct from Germany. It took Tom’s months and many many back and forth calls and emails to BMW Germany, but their relentlessness, commitment and fortitude finally paid off with delivery of the difficult-to-find parts. Pat was the lead on the file and Jonathon my contact. I also requested a cut polish to see how the car could be brought back to life, out of my own pocket. The results were beyond any expectations I had. They even removed the one good headlight to clean and remove the built up haze, making both the new and old headlight look the same. The attention to detail and perseverance in getting the job done was beyond excellent. I’ve used Tom’s for years and my faith in them continues.

Once again I had the misfortune to need some work done on one of my vehicles and once again the staff at Tom's stepped up and did a fabulous repair job. Everyone was polite, courteous and efficient.

I was super impressed with the service provided. I needed a ruby-red metallic (which is a tri-coat) matched on multiple exterior pieces of my Ford Mustang. I interacted with Johnathon who was performing the painting but was unsure if he would be able to match the metallic red. My concern was that I had previous work done to my bumper in the past by another company and it looked dull in the sun. He assured me that he would be able to match what I wanted and I am very glad I used their service. It took about 2.5 weeks to complete the job as multiple pieces required fixing and repainting but now my car looks fresh and feels like it's brand new again. Highly recommend Colorworks for any body-work and painting.

Recently had my car repaired after pieces of concrete spalled off my building's parkade causing a deep dent and scratching. The car is only a few months old so I was very concerned with what the finished results would be. The repair turned out out excellent and even after a wash the car looks great - you can't even tell it was damaged.

Turnaround time for my repair was fast. The initial assessment was ~15 minutes and the car was in the shop two days later. Repairs took less than a week and I had the car back in my possession for the following weekend. During this time I was setup with a complimentary courtesy car.

Repairs were fully covered by ICBC but the price breakdown indicated on the receipt would have been more than reasonable would I have been in a situation where I needed to pay out of pocket. This place was initially recommended to my by a friend and I'd pass that recommendation on in a heartbeat.

Scott provided professional guidance and service. The work was executed as agreed and the final product was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Needed some paint scratches (no dents) repaired on the rear panel of my Honda crv. Went into Colorworks to obtain a quote. They advised me that a full re-spray of the panel was an unnecessary expense and suggested that I get a matching touch up paint, bring it in and they would be pleased to do the job for me. They did a very neat, economical job. These guys are very friendly and laid back, and were ethical and honest enough to save me a lot of money. What a wonderful experience I had at toms auto body! Right from the beginning, Pat gave me a very reasonable quote for some damage done to my vehicle. I went and got quotes from other places and Pats was cheaper than the rest by a lot! When I arrived to toms the service was very quick and professional. I was given a loaner vehicle which helped a lot as I have a busy schedule. Pat informed me that they also did a full detail on the inside and took care of another major water leak problem and made sure they water tested it so I would not have to worry about that again. Stacey was also very friendly and helpful at reception. I am very impressed with the service and their ability to go the extra mile for their customers. 10/10 recommend!

Scott and Leanne went above and beyond in helping out with my ICBC claim. I had parked my car on the street and when I came back, someone had hit my rear left side bumper and left a huge paint transfer with deep scratches and I was devastated to say the least. At first it was considered a hit and run, but the person who damaged my car did the right thing and called into ICBC and claimed fault a few days later, which I am extremely thankful for as that is rare nowadays.

I shopped around for some auto body shops but Colorworks had the highest number of 5 star reviews. Scott was also one of the few that answered my email in a professional tone instead of a one-liner response back from some other shops and from their cell phones.

Scott responded the same night and he even said he will bring a loaner out to me in East Vancouver when his shop was located in Coquitlam. This is where I met Leanne who dropped off the loaner to me, she was very kind and through in keeping me in the loop about the process. I had a great time chatting with her as well as she was so down to earth.

I got my car back in less than 2 days looking better than ever (the photos speak for themselves) and without having to step foot or drive into the shop! All the transactions were done in my condo parking lot, I was just floored.

My car was topped up with gas where it was left originally and also my car was super clean and sparkly inside and out. Thank you Scott and team! You guys work hard and it shows! Keep it up! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop that cares about their customers.

I have always had such an amazing positive experience here. I have unfortunately have had two car accidents, and someone keying my car. Patrick and Stacy were able to brighten my mood through these hard times. They were efficient, friendly, and amazing at their jobs. Covid precautions were always followed to the fullest and I felt very safe to be in the autobody shop. Pens, keys, anything being passed between us were always sanitized prior. My car looked and smelled brand new after all the hard work they put in. Stacy had always made my difficult situation easier by completing and sending the paperwork to my insurance. I am very appreciative of everyone here! I recommend this autobody shop to all those who need one:) Hopefully will not have to come back, but I know I'll be in good hands if I do have to return.

My husband and I have now used Toms a few times. After several years of scapes and dings in the paint driving us crazy we broke down and looked for quotes. We found Toms to be a great price and were really impressed with the job they did as well as the pride they took in how in turned out. Days after getting it back.rocks from a dumptruck load led us back to the shop. The vehicle was returned good as new and really quickly which is very important to me. We have referred others to the shop and they have been treated just as well and just as quickly. In a world where I always feel over charged and taken advantage of, I appreciate knowing I can trust Toms.

I had a small spot of rust appearing on my vehicle. I took it to Toms Colorworks to get their opinion. I met Pat, the manager, who looked at the area and explained what to do. Pat soon realized that I personally knew no one who could do the work for me and that I was very recently widowed. He then graciously told me what product to buy and to bring it back and he'd do the small patch himself. Pat was true to his word! He did the work on his coffee break and didn't charge for it. I am so happy to have my 1999 Subaru RS without the rust spot! In my opinion, this seemingly small token of kindness speaks volumes to their integrity.

Excellent fast, efficient repairs. Scott dropped off a courtesy car for me at my home, and then had my car delivered back to me when it was finished. I went to ColorWorks to get my windshield replaced, Leanna was quick and very attentive, she was able to get me an appointment quicker than anywhere else. I brought my brand new 2020 honda civic into Colorworks after scraping it in a downtown parking lot. The bumper came off partially due to the impact. Pat and his technician looked at it and was able to secure the bumper back in at free of charge! Pat quoted on repairing the scratch, but I decided to wait for the repair as I'm just learning how to drive. I will definitely use Colorworks to repair my bumper before my lease ends. Great customer service! I had a car accident and as a result I ended up with a broken tire sensor and a flat tire. To make things worse, I didn't have neither a jack nor wrenches. Luckily, I was in the area where there were several car repair shops. ICBC office was closed and the first shop I went to advised me to call ICBC. My next stop was at Colorworks Tom's Custom Autobody. They were very friendly and professional, and helped me with the tools and the spare tire replacement! Fantastic experience on a claim requiring a new bumper and some body work and paint. Had the car back within 3 days as promised when I got my quote with them (even though I had a hard time believing they would be able to deliver o a quick turnaround). Great staff, Good communication, had my courtesy car as booked, no surprises as the work was done flawlessly and they worked seamlessly with my Intact insurance company. Got into an accident over the Christmas holidays 2020 and had damage on 3 driver side panels (driver side front and rear door and front fender) + rocker.

Tom's custom was recommended to me by a friend and I was immediately greeted with positive and enthusiastic energy upon walking in the door. I met with Patrick and he took me through what the plan was for my car and sent me off with a loaner.

They did a great job of keeping me updated on my car status and was able to fix my car in a short amount of time given the amount of damage! I have a more or less solid red paint job and they did a great job matching the paint to the rest of the body, it is indistinguishable.

Overall my experience at Tom's custom was professional, positive and given the opportunity I will definitely be back for more work.
