I went to Colorworks at Port Coquitlam to get an opinion on a damage in my car. The team is absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and customer is their top priority. Gurdy helped me promptly and as I was about to leave, my car won’t come on and I was stranded. He helped me though he was so busy. Appreciate it so much. Great place to bring your car in. Very professional!

Took our vehicle into get it repaired and was told it would take 4 to 5 days. Picked it up looking factory new on the 5th day! They called and got a rental car for us and had it picked up when we got our car back. Absolutely couldn't be happier with the car when we got it back. Definitely 5 large stars for this place and Lori on the front desk looks after you personally!

I was referred to this body shop with assurances that the service was first rate. I therefore brought my vehicle in on a ICBC claim, this body shop is out of my area (Surrey) so I went out of my way to obtain a quality service centre.

Upon arrival I was greeted courteously and promptly. My first impressions of the frontend staff (Scott) as well as the backend technician (Nick) was very professional and showed knowledge of procedures and explained clearly of what was to happen to complete my ICBC claim. Once the estimate was completed I was scheduled for a time to bring my vehicle in for repairs in a very reasonable timeframe. When the date arrived to have the work started, again the staff showed complete professionalism and courtesy, they provided me with a reliable and clean courtesy vehicle while mine was in their shop.

Within less than a week my car was repaired, it looks amazing and I am very impressed! The paperwork is clear and very understandable for someone like me who knows little about body shops. They reviewed all the work that was completed and took the time to educate me on the vehicle and it’s components that I never knew, this shows that they will go over & above for their customers!

I would not hesitate to recommend this body shop to family, friends or anyone that is looking to get spectacular service and workmanship done on their vehicles. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

I own a custom 2022 Mercedes 4x4 Van which has been heavily modified and ongoing with big alterations from COLORWORKS - Port Coquitlam. Ryan Stewart has the facility for any sized project, with state of the art equipment and tools.

GREAT communication throughout the project allowed for the perfect end result. The cost of such HIGH PERFORMANCE SKILLED labor was a pleasant surprise compared to other competitors quotes I had received.

Recently picked my truck up after having repairs done. Lori and Scott in the office were fantastic with their courtesy and communication, and the staff in the shop did a fantastic job with the body work and paint. I was provided a new model, clean courtesy car and was kept well informed of the progress of repairs. Upon examination of the office and shop, it was a breath of fresh air to witness a clean, organized environment which I’m not accustomed to seeing out of a body shop. It’s no surprise they’re able to turn out a quality product in a timely fashion with the leadership they’re clearly provided. Great work! Highly recommended to everyone who asks!

Fantastic customer service.

Had an issue with a loose fender cover. I went to an autobody shop nearby who told me it would take a week before anyone could even look at it. I drove to Colorworks and within 5 minutes Scott was out taking a look and advising me on what he thought might be wrong.

They got me in the next day, fixed the loose fender, and amazingly was not even charged for the work they performed.

Huge kudos to Scott, Lori, and the team for going above and beyond what they needed to. They now have a customer for life.

I had to bring my car in as there was lots of damage to side passenger from an Elk. They were great here.provided a courtesy car and work to my car was beyond excellent. I would highly recommend them. The receptionist is awesome.

Wonderful service from this auto body shop. I have used them a couple of times now and each time been extremely impressed. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I came here to have my bumper replaced after being rear ended. I had an appointment within the week. Staff walked me through the process and gave me a courtesy vehicle while the work was being done. My vehicle was done that day. The bumper looks great, like nothing happened. I was amazed that the paint appears to be exact, even in the sun! I have no clue how there are so many great reviews because my experience was far from perfect. They fix one problem but create two more.

I was dealing with Patrick who seemed like a nice guy. The first job they caused a hood overspray when painting. I wasn’t happy but I didn’t complain. They ended up fixing it. The second job they forgot to reconnect the sensors, so I had to figure it out on my own with another mechanic.

I found out later that one of my doors had a problem caused by them. Patrick told me maybe I should take the business somewhere else. I was honestly shocked. He later apologized for causing the problem but there were too many mistakes. Most of the work I needed done on my car was not difficult, purely cosmetic. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and incredibly unprofessional.

This is not my first time brining one of my cars to Tom's. Over the years their service has been amazing. Everything is done professionally and on time. Most importantly the cars look impeccable afterwards. I'm glad my family and I came across Tom's. Thank you to all the staff, they are very friendly and patient!
