Recently our Honda Odyssey was rear ended and I've used Colorworks before. Alex and Scott are true professionals, who go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. They gave me a full list of the items that would be fixed, and timelines. They finished on time over the course of a week as expected and our van is as good as new! JimL

I needed to have my rear bumper fixed and initially thought I might need to replace it. I went in to see Aleks at Colorworks and he managed to fix it so that you can't tell it was damaged while saving me a lot of money. I was really pleased with their work and their service. Highly recommend coming here.

Many thanks to Scott and everyone at Vickery Collision for making my car better than it was before my rear-ender. I couldn't have asked for better communication. Right from the beginning I was told not to worry, that they would deal with ICBC - and they did. Professional, courteous, and understanding. I hope I never need them again but I do know where to go now should anything more happen to my car.

This is an outstanding business. We've used them twice with our 2019 Mazda CX-9. The repairs are always first class, their paint quality is also first class - they were able to match the notoriously difficult "Soul Red" paint color - to the point where it's virtually indistinguishable.

Aleks runs the front and is a pleasure to deal with. Scott runs the shop and it's the same. They go above and beyond. It's the first time I've ever experienced a repair shop that respects your car for what it is to you - it's not just another commodity to fix.

Highly encourage anyone to go with colorworks / Vickery Collision.

Chose to go with Vickery for my break-in claim. Aleks and Scott are a good bunch of guys. Aleks especially went out of his way to make sure the work got done. My 23 year old Nissan 240 is getting next to impossible to find parts locally for now. Luckily Aleks took the extra effort to find a solution. I would not hesitate to go here again or refer someone else to them. A+ guys

Scott and his team here were very accommodating and made a not so pleasant occurrence (thousands of dollars of damage due to flying debris hitting my Subaru Cross trek) into a much more manageable and pleasant one. From the get-go Scott was personally involved, he ensured i would get as many of the parts to be OEM as possible and even assured that if any aftermarket parts didn't fit perfect he'd send it back and request OEM, which he did.

The Quality of work was phenomenal, vehicle looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Vickery Collision to anyone.

Superb service - big thanks to Bill, Alex, and the team! The express glass repair, we required after a break-in, got taken care of professionally, swiftly and with no effort required from us.

HAd my Japanese import car brought here since Vickery collision is close to my house. Overall, pretty good experience with Alex, the person handling my hit and run claim on my car which required special parts from japan (or so we thought. While I appreciate that they took the time to ensure I got OEM parts of Japanese origin, had more research been done, North American parts could have been used and saved weeks of time waiting for parts to arrive from overseas.

Aside from this, the quality of work they did was excellent overall! Paint blending was great, bodywork on a rust blemish (interrelated to my claim) was done perfectly. Only thing to note was that they almost forgot to give parts I wanted to keep after the repairs were done. In addition, they forgot to put my antenna back on but it was quickly found. Lastly, the company acted in a professional manor and I was pretty satisfied with their work (aside from parts shipping time which wasn't in their control)

I had my car with them for a hit and run incident. Quick turn around repair time, very friendly and professional staff, I would definitely recommend this shop if you had to get your car fixed.

I was fortunate enough to make my way to Colorworks in the crazy snowfall, with a shattered rear window. They were open and staffed and had a loaner car for me. I had a quote later that same day and my car was in their garage so no further damage to my car would happen. From my first phone call with Sunny and Alec meeting me at the shop I knew the care that I felt, my car would also receive. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you for making a tough time way less tough.

After I was involved in a fender-bender, I brought my BMW to Colorworks Vickery Collision and was greeted by Alex and Leanne. I could tell right away I knew that they would look after my repairs and make sure that I had a replacement ride. They even cleaned and detailed my vehicle so it was looking better than ever when it was readuy to go. Nothing but white-glove service! Thank you for the professionalism and for getting me back on the road so fast.

Vickery was great they stand behind their work. Our Subaru outback was rear-ended a year and a half ago. The initial repair was flawless. A month or two ago I spotted a water leak coming in the back hatch, and they told me to bring it in and they'd have a look. Turned out not to be related to the repaired area, but they fixed it up "under warranty".
The staff are personable and customer focused. If I have the misfortune to need auto-body repairs again I'd be happy to go back.

Awesome service. Was able to have my vehicle looked at and an estimate provided within 15 minutes of driving into Vicery without an appointment. They were able to deal with ICBC on my behalf, get the parts and complete the job in under a week. Very impressive on its own and unbelievable when if you have dealt with places like Craftsman.

I've been dissapointed with bad job from 2 bodyshops, not here. Great job and service, highly recommended. No other shop bothered to give me breakdown of the costs (being ICBC claims with fault of the other driver), I bet they've overpriced the work since I wasn't negotiating and you wonder who do we have high insurance costs in general. These guys will automatically give you costs breakdown regardless and just the detail level is high overall. Cheers

This place is great, staff are very friendly and the workmanship on the vehicles is tremendous you can tell that everybody there is proud and takes real pride of the work and it shows in the finished product.

I have a Ford F150 that was broken into in Vancouver and Vickery made everything perfect again.

The staff go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Well done Vickery. I definitly will be reccommending you to people that are in need

From my first phone call to book an appointment to their phone call to say, "Your vehicle is ready", Vickery Collision staff and management was polite, patient and efficient. They were clear to explain my insurance claim, proved a quick turn-around, and were very generous to help me with concerns that I had about my car that were not part of my insurance claim. I would highly recommend Vickery Collision and will return to them in the future if need be!

Vickery Collision dis a great job on the repair of my van. I had the use of a loaner car so was in no way inconvenienced by the time taken for repairs. The people were very polite and professional. It is a thoroughly professional auto body repair shop.

Fabulous service from Vickery. I was able to drop in whenever suited me to get an estimate, service was lightning fast and I was able to pick up my car early, they did an impeccable job on repairing the damage to my bumper, and the staff were lovely throughout. Ideally I will not get rear-ended again. But if I do I'd go back to Vickery to have it fixed.

Pros- Heidi is great and she provides excellent customer service.

Cons- I had an issue with the job done and the manager of the shop offered poor service recovery. A manager should think ahead, make it easy for customers, be accountable when a mistake has been made and recover quickly. Avoiding people, not dealing with problems (thinking they will go away by themselves), not answering emails, not returning phone calls, represents very poor management skills.

To keep the story short; I had a small car accident and since I wasn’t responsible for the accident and my car is only 1-year-old, I decided to have it repaired. One month later, I noticed the trunk door wasn’t opening anymore. I thought it had to do with the warranty on the vehicle as the accident only damaged the bumper. Two weeks later, I went for my regular service at my dealership and they confirmed that the reason why the trunk lash wasn’t releasing was due to a part that didn’t get put back correctly after the paint job. The water got in it and, therefore, damaged the electric system. The dealership got in touch with Vickery via phone and, at that time, Vickery’s manager agreed I shouldn’t be penalised for a mistake they made. The dealership fixed the damaged part and sent all the required photos, and inspection notes to Vickery. However, Vickery stopped the communication. For over 6 weeks, the dealership, myself and my husband tried to contact him via phone and email. Funny enough, he wasn’t available, had to leave early, had an emergency, was in vacation for a week, and other reasons were provided. After 6 weeks, I had to pay the dealership $1,800 for the repairs as Vickery wasn’t being accountable. When we left a last message for Josh telling him we would escalate the issue to ICBC to get reimbursed, He, miraculously, wanted to help and be the one contacting ICBC for us.at that point, we didn’t feel we could trust him. We contacted ICBC ourselves and, with time, resolved the situation.

We wasted so much time and energy trying to be treated fairly. We gave this place many opportunities to make things right, without success. We even never receive an apology for the inconvenience. Again, Heidi is great and gives a very positive front for this company, but overall, the shop doesn't manage service recovery well.
It is easy to get good service when everything goes well. Customers don’t expect you to be perfect. They do expect you to fix things when they go wrong!

They fixed my bumper crack perfectly and they have a very good customer service. Also Bill helped me and gave me an option that other shops will never suggest.
