From start to finish through the process the knowledge and service of the sales and implementation team has exceeded all expectation. The sales team listened to my needs and identified the machine that would meet my requirements. They provided multiple pricing options for my review and consideration. The lead time was very reasonable (less than 4-weeks) given the supply chain issues effecting all industries currently. When the machine was received by CBS, the sales team delivered it and setup in my office the next day. The implementation technician set the unit up, provided an orientation, and ensured the complete functionality prior to leaving the office. We had a "photocopier emergency" 2pm on a Friday. I contacted Columbia Business Systems. I requested a tech for Monday. Later that same Friday afternoon, tech was on site working on our issue.

We needed a part. Columbia Business Systems turned it around and we were back up and running early the next week.

Throughout the whole process, I received very fast response times and great service.

I highly recommend Columbia Business Systems. I was trying to setup an Office at home and within a day I had a printer setup and working. When I had problem with scanning, I received Service right away. Great Service and friendly Staff.
