Bought a demo Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership, all was good, I went in to do oil change and again all was as usual, paid the money and left, The next time I did an oil change at a different Jeep dealership and was told that my Jeep has a free oil change plan and that I still have 5 free oil changes with it so I didn't have to pay. I, and the other dealership, couldn't explain why the service department at Columbia Chrysler, where I bought the car from, said nothing and proceeded to charge me for the oil change. Quite disappointing and unethical.

Excellent service, professional, Marin (salesman) took care of me totally. All staff were easy to deal with and no pressure at all. Josh (Director of Finance) was great to deal with. Highly recommend Columbia Chrysler! Would definitely do business there again.

Sold me a car that was making noise since day one. It sounded like it was just some tire rub and was super quiet for the first few days so I thought nothing of it but kept an eye on it. After that the sound was louder and louder each day. I ended up taking it to my mechanic and he said the ball joints are terrible and it looked like someone masked the problem with grease to make the sound go away for a short period of time. He had no idea how a dealership doing a *SUPPOSED* whatever point mechanical inspection could miss this so he has to assume the dealership was the one that masked the noise and new it was shot. Nice.

Called the dealership 3 separate times. Each time I was being "transferred" the phone just rang with no callback. Left my number and name one of the times and still no callback. I shouldn't have to waste my own time driving to your dealership to talk to someone about a car I purchased.

Now I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment at a dealership with actual mechanics to pay a $500 deductible out of my own pocket. Now I am out of a car I purchased unironically only a week ago for at least a month while it gets fixed.

Sunday their finance guy was awesome, though.

This place is AMAZING. I made an appointment with Roger. I was pretty nervous going in thinking that I might not be able to afford my dream car. I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Columbia Chrysler. I've gone to a bigger dealership in Richmond to see Wranglers, they wasted so much time, always have to "double check", never straight up answers, and so much pressure.so I left. They had bigger number of Jeeps I guess but I'm happy that I got it from good people, and wayyy better price! There was no fishing/wasting time or testing the waters with Columbia. Straight forward with what they have in lot and what they can bring in if I wanted to, along with the lowest price they could offer, Everything straight up and I loved it. All staff are friendly and transparent. Max, Kim and Ryan.everyone was so helpful and genuine. I went there late in the evening and ended up keeping many staff til late but they were so patient, I'm grateful for that. And special thanks to Kim! He didn't need to double check anything whenever I had questions about the Sahara unlimited model, he always had prompt answers for me and Max, Kim, Ryan.they all really knew all about Jeep vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the deal Max gave to me and I'm excited to go to the trail that Ryan recommended for off road trip!

I am giving one star because when I bought my jeep I got the 5 year extended bumper to bumper warranty, but the warranty does not cover water leaks. Why would you call it bumper to bumper then? !

As soon as I walked in the door F Jay was very friendly, and didn't hit me with any sales pressure, he just talked to me for a bit and asked me about my previous truck and how I liked it (which I did) but I like the one I have now much better. He did his best, him and Max to give me the best price for the 2018 ram Outdoorsman with ecodiesel. I told them that I like the diesel and would not accept a 5.7 hemi. And again F jay and Max did a great job to accommodate my budget. I would recommend F Jay or max for anyone one else looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.
