I took my skis in to get set up and waxed. The service was perfect and the staff were great as always!

Rented downhill ski package for a few days. Really great people. Tuned out equipment for the weather and when the ski hill was closed because of the cold they refunded the rentals the day I couldn’t ski without asking. Highly recommended.

Purchased a pair of ski goggles that claimed “anti fog”. After using them for a week the anti fog claim was false. I then tried to return them and I was told they don’t do returns.

Bought XCountry skis and boots here from Justin and the service, knowledge and patience he showed us was truly Awesome!

Fantastic service. Really helped me out to fix my bike. Patiently checked my tires and got me set for the rest of my journey.

I've had 2 semi-serious bike issues over the past few years in Invermere, and these guys always manage to squeeze me in and do an amazing job! Today, Scott said he could help me out with a brake issue, so i left the bike overnight. He called me 20 minutes later saying it was done! (He even cleaned the pads and rotor cause they were squeeky!)

Great staff, great owner, amazing clothing selection too! IMO.

Friendly, helpful staff. We rented fat tire bikes and they were helpful with setting them up for us and making sure we wore helmets. Safety first! The bikes were top notch, better than we were expecting for rentals.

Recently moved to the area and needed a go to bike shop. Found one! Top notch service and top notch work at this place. Quick turn around and they realize that you just want to get back rolling and riding bikes. They are welcoming and super friendly, unlike some bike shops you encounter. Support your LBS! They deserve it!

They’re nice folk to talk to. But warning, DON’T RENT SKATES here. They’re overly strict about even the slightest scratch on the blade and will charge an additional $12 just to sharpen.

They did an awesome job getting 2 road bikes ready for a Half Ironman. Awesome to deal with and very friendly!

So this was a while ago but was reminded of my experiences here so I decided to leave a review. I had been riding in panorama for a couple days and was on my way to Fernie. My brakes were working fine
But I wanted to make sure they are in top shape. I had forgotten my bleed kit so I decided to bring my bike here they got it done and I paid took it out in the parking Lot to test and the rear brake didn’t work so I brought it back in and told them and they had an immediate attitude switch and were rude and like they couldn’t be bothered. He grabbed my bike out of my hands threw it up on the stand and took a look at it and then said very rudely that my Rear calliper was leaking and that there was nothing they would do about it and recommended replacement. But it wasn’t leaking before and told that to them and they refused to acknowledge their mistake so I asked for my money back to be told no forcing me to have to rent a bike when I got to Fernie.

And once I got back to Calgary I took it to MEC to be looked at and they went through it and found the calliper was not leaking and that they had replaced the fluid but not actually bled the air out of the system

After searching high and low in Calgary for a hardtail 27.5+ for my wife I connected with Matt and he took the time over the phone to go through his options. It turns out he had the perfect bike and upon arriving at the shop he was busy with multiple clients but yet had time to look after us. He trimmed the bars, cut the seat post, set the front forks and gave us a great deal. Needless to say this was the 2nd bike we bought from Columbia Cycle and will probably not be the last.

The service was fantastic, the way a bike shop should be, and was very refreshing after experiencing the opposite in Calgary.

I highly recommend Columbia Cycle & Ski to anyone looking for quality service and quality bikes. Also for those who don't know, especially my fellow Albertans, PST does not apply to bikes and gear so go check them out.

Great shop. Great people. Got a problem with my kingpin bindings bought somewhere else. They contacted Marker and fixed them for free in less than one hour. Great service! Thank you.

I find this place top notch and the people there are even better. After skiing on the same pair of skis for a very long time Matt helped me get on some new ones and certainly more modern. I rented a set of skis for 3 days each day trying a different length. Matt was spot on the first day with the skis I bought. The took the price of the ski rental off the new set of skis. I'm from Alberta and even though I paid PST I would still go back to this shop! 5 star all the way! Might see Matt one day for a new bike too!
