Columbia Summit Veterinary

Dr Hunter has been our vet for forever and for good reason. He is so calm and patient and has incredible skills working with animals, especially ours when they get nervous. The staff at the clinic are amazing at what they do and I always trust our animals in their care. Most recently our cat Maynard had to undergo surgery, and Dr Hunter and the staff took such great care of him. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

We have had a great experience every time we have come to Dr Hunter. We have a senior dog who has some health issues. Dr Hunter always gives us options to choose from when we encounter an issue with her health. One of our dog's issues was resolved with a change of diet that he suggested we try. He doesn't push expensive procedures or hundreds of tests. We really like that we get honest and thoughtful advice and don't feel like we are being rushed out the door. We have used other vets in Kamloops and have been by far the happiest with the service at Columbia Summit. Thank you Dr Hunter and all the staff at the clinic!

We took our oldest cat there for years, and when we went there to put her to sleep we asked for nothing but a physical paw print, that was all we asked for (re confirmed a few times) and paid for it. But when we got it, it was the opposite of what we wanted instead they chopped off a chunk of her fur, and put her paw in ink and gave us two ink prints, it was the opposite of what we wanted and disrespected her body by doing both of those to her.

Amazing clinic! My cat needed to undergo a complicated surgery that a specialist would normally need to do. The vet took the surgery upon himself to help us save cost and he literally saved our kitty Busters life. Thank you
