They never answer their phones, I regularly call 20 - 50 times a day with no answer. Don’t even know why I bother, my family doctor is here and I can’t even get a hold of them 0 stars. RUDE receptions. This place is awful

I've been to the place in the past. The doctors are good and really know what their doing. It's just the management of the front end staff. They are just plain rude and go out of their way to talk down to people. You can feel the tension in the office. It's hard enough having to talk about what's going on with our health. Now people have to deal with negative staff that make your reason for being stressful.

The receptionist Cecelia makes you feel like less than human when you are calling. They don’t Schedule in house appointments until a month out.

Just as well not like I was ever able to see a doctor these past few years anyway unless you camp out the night before and were 1 of 20 people there first.

Never were able to help me and now they are closed permanently. Wish I had been warned better, I want my records.

Called in to book a walk-in appointment for my brother. The receptionist was incredibly rude. She kept cutting him off and refused to book an appointment for us under the excuse that he had never been to a walk-in clinic in Victoria before and he wasn’t in the system. While she was talking to him and explaining the above mentioned (super rude, may I add) she proceeded to answer another call without letting him know or putting him on hold. We ended up booking an appointment elsewhere and they were just as confused as we were about their reasoning for turning us away. I get that the system is overwhelmed and I have no problem if they turn us away cause they are at capacity, but there is no need to be rude and to miss guide us. I thought that no walk in clinic would take him in based on the false information she provided and even suggested to my brother that I would have to remove the stitches myself! Thankfully we kept calling other clinics and got an appointment for today. If I could, I would give this place zero.

The receptionist was so rude when I called there. I didnt know they dont take walk ins anymore and she was so rude! She was telling me to be updated and use thier website. Thats why i was calling, to see what the process would be like for me to see a doctor. She hung up on me before I could ask how to make an appointment! Wow! They need new staff!

Terrible desk staff, unhelpful and push people away. I had been there before and wouldn't go back because of the terrible experience, but I called for a virtual appointment somewhere else and was given this number by mistake and was reminded how terrible they are. Called for 1.5 hours to connect with reception (Penny?) who was rude and slammed the phone on me when I was asking about them turning away new patients - even though I had been there before. Recommend anywhere else.

I've been here in the past and the doctor was great, but the receptionist was rude and impatient. Now I can only make appointments by phone and the receptionist couldn't wait to hang up before I even finished talking about my symptoms.

Fast and efficient to see my family physician and say hint that needed to be said and done. I can't be sure about walk-ins.

Horrible service for a walk in clinic. If you don't want to service the individuals not fortunate enough to have a doctor then change your listing.

I saw Dr. MERCELL via a telephone appointment about a week ago. I required 2 seperste referrals and blood work. I was throughly pleased with the Doctor as well as the medical administrative I spoke to on the phone. The doctor and admin have both contacted me since my appointment for followup with my referrals and bloodwork. The admin was very great on setting expectation of what to expect for the telephone appointment. Will definitely be a 1st choice for needing any future medical needs.

Called and booked a phone appointment. Doctor was supposed to call me within 30min to 1h. Never got a call!

The doctors there are very good and professional. 4 years ago Dr Charlotte Mursell saw my husband and I in the walkin clinic and then we quickly became her family pratice patience. We love seeing her, she is always so happy to see us and always attentive to every details. Always great results and great help!
Medical services are a hard domain. Wait times at this clinic can seem at times very long, but coming from a Province that the medical services for patients is extremely horrible at times. 2h wait is a breeze for us if we were to sit for a walkin apt. People do need a bit more patience, and understanding. Thank you for your services.

A wonderful place. My daughter had an injury on her leg and we were finding it difficult getting help from other clinics but immediately I called them, they called back as promised. The doctor asked me to bring her in within 5mins. He looked at her, made recommendations and also followed up with a call some days later. I'm really impressed.

Receptionists have for the most part always been helpful. The more I’ve gone there, the friendlier they are. I like that the staff seems to get along so that’s a good sign and it’s nice to experience these days.
It’s been an up and down experience with helpfulness from doctors there. 2 years ago, One doctor told me to not go there and to find a family doctor. (that would be nice if I could only find one lol:). Like the majority of us). I blame the system more than the doctors themselves when they get flustered. I’ve also had some really great follow up appointments at times. Overall, caring doctors.
To get in to see the doctors lately, you have to physically go there and then call the office. They could see me calling them through the glass door. Days before, I could not get through to them over the phone. No doubt, their phones are ringing off the hook. When I physically arrived there, they were so friendly and they got me and my husband into a waiting room within minutes. I continue to chose this clinic over others:)

Good luck getting a hold of anyone on the phone, tried for 3 days while at work without anyone answering just to get a prescription refill. Now I'm off my meds and will be switching clinics.

You have to call to book an appointment, this would work much better if they put the phone back on the hook, I stood outside whilst calling, nobody is on the phone but it still doesn't ring. Have tried every 30sec for a half hour, same result every time.

Dr. Piemontesi is an AWESOME doctor, but his MOA is completely rude and condescending. I've put up with it for years and have even spoken to the doctor about it. After hanging up from the phone she often says derogatory comments about the person she was just talking to. Maybe it's scare tactics so patients will think twice about calling! No people skills WHATSOEVER.

Doctor Jeremy is excellent. However this one particular receptionist needs an adjustment in her attitude. She is rude, unhelpful, condescending and unprofessional. I have experienced the same shi@@@ attitude every time I have gone in. My advise: don’t work there if don’t want to: someone more deserving can take your job.

Cant speak for the the doctors im sure they're great, never had a chance to see one every visit the front staff are Not welcoming and have no sympathy.

The staff and doctor were very friendly and patient. Many thanks to them for taking care of people during this pandemic.

I called 8-1-1 and was told I should go to a walk-in clinic to get a referral for my situation. I got to the door and was asked to call in to see a doctor, as a COVID-19 measure. I called in and retold what was told to me by the 8-1-1 doctor. They denied us entry and I couldn't get the referral I needed.

By far the worst clinic. My girlfriend was in a lot of pain could barley stand and they had a sign at the front door saying to call well we called and they said they couldn't do anything and to make a appointment for a few days which isn't a option

Very difficult and unhelpful reception. Where others are happy to help, they refuse. I would go elsewhere for serious issues.

The doctors at this office are professional, experienced and care about patients, however, the young, dark-brown haired receptionist is highly unprofessional, condescending and entirely unhelpful. Because of this receptionist, I have had the worst medical experience of my life, and will never be attending this institution again. The receptionist was condescending and disrespectful from the minute I entered the premises, and was unwilling to answer questions regarding treatment. As I asked the receptionist questions, she became more and more rude and condescending, making my experience at this clinic unnecessarily stressful. As I was at the doctor's office for a medical issue, I expected to be treated with compassion and respect, and was faced with nothing but indifference and incivility. The only way that I can describe this experience is appalling. I would recommend going to any clinic other than this one, as it made my healthcare experience foul.

My Wife went there today. Number 35 she grabbed. It was at 33. She waited 25 minutes and no-one acknowledged here even being there. You have to be checked in before seeing a doctor. She workes at another medical clinic with walk in. Unfortunately she had to leave because no-one would check her in. This would never happen at her clinic, because she wouldn't have that. After hearing her story, I would avoid this place.

Like most clinics, the wait times are terrible. They actually started serving people that came in after me, and I waited the whole time (3.5 hours in fact). The doctor who I saw for less than 2 minutes was pleasant, but charged for a note.

This clinic is middling at best. Wait times are always inaccurate, desk staff is a 50/50 chance, sometimes rude and unhelpful, sometimes amazing and polite. Patients are limited to only one issue per visit, so better hope you've only got a single issue illness, this is to speed up wait times, but it doesn't help in the long run as the wait times are almost always astronomical. Best time to come would be about 2 hours before opening, this way you could secure a place in the long line that starts to form, you should be able to get the 5th or 6th spot at this time. Overall, a very "meh" experience, be prepared to wait! And wait, and wait, and wait.

I have attempted to use this clinic three times and I am from the neighbourhood. The Medimap wait times are ALWAY incorrect. Add 1 hour to whatever is posted - EVERY TIME. People at the desk have no people skills.

Good visit. Polite desk staff and knowledgeable doctor. Put your name on the list then go for a coffee next door to wait out your turn.

The doctor was useless told me to come back again later after making me wait couple hours the desk check in lady was rude and also skipped my check in for no reason logical. Id avoid this place pretty negative atmosphere and snobby desk workers. With skeptical doctors that won't help people.

My medical details are between my DOCTOR and MYSELF. NOT the front counter people. The woman needs an attitude adjustment and needs to respect peoples privacy. Then she continues to be mouthy about patients after being admitted to the room. I can hear her from down the hallway. Poor service from front counter!

I went in to see about getting a prescription refilled, as we lost our family doctor a month ago when he relocated. Very polite and friendly front desk receptionist. Asked important questions about my visit, was very nice to talk with. I saw a doctor within 40 mins (there were 2 doctors working) and was out within an hour. Very pleasant experience, treated with dignity and respect. Regrettably they aren’t taking new patients.

Clinic was absolutely terrible. I waited an hour to get checked in, and then an additional 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. The receptionist was extremely rude, unhelpful, and a terrible example of customer service. When I finally saw the doctor he talked to me in a rude, unprofessional, condescending manner; he sounded angry and acted like I was a waste of his time. He told me he didnt have time to treat me and that I should’ve gone to a family doctor. (my family doctor had over a 2 week wait and I needed to see a doctor sooner then that.) he refused to treat me and I left the clinic after waiting for over 3 1/2 hours, super frustrated. What a complete waste of time, and horrible service.

Staff are good if not great. Patience of Saints.but like most clinics there is a lineup of people with a common cold that makes wait times balloon.

I spoke to the manager about the wait times, but I’m afraid it fell on deaf ears. She was defensive and probably couldn’t even repeat what I said to her.

I suggested putting a roster board with wait times so people could leave and come back. It took me waiting for 45 minutes just to check-in, which takes less than 1 minute to do. Then I waited another 1.5 hours to see a doctor. Surely this process could be streamlined to not waste people’s time. Even MediMaps said the wait times is 1 hour, and the manager was keen to point out other clinics have worse wait times. However, their waiting process is way better. Many other clinics check you in right away. Then tell you when to comeback when they are ready.

I have been here 3 times now, and the wait times process is always frustrating.
