Dr's and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They spend a lot of time assessing and communicating, so they don't ever try and rush you in/out.overall a great place to have your pet cared for.

The most caring and loving vet I've ever been too. They were very attentive to our problems. My 13year old pom and 2 year old poodle adjusted very well here. To both the environment and staff. Definitely recommend for people looking for comfort and care for their precious ones.

We have been taking our dog to Comfort and Care Animal Hospital since she was a puppy! She is now nearly 3 years old, and they have always taken such good care of her. Dr. Machine, the vet techs and all staff are extremely nice and accommodating. They have helped me plenty of times over the phone too, and it’s also very easy to refill medications or book an appointment by phone or online.

Words cannot express how amazing this team is. They have guided us and looked after Vincent (our Rottie) every step of the way after his injury. I don't know where we would be without them. Just amazing care and compassion.

Dr Machine is a wonderfully caring vet. I’ve taken my pets to her for many years and don’t want to take them anywhere else. She explains everything, looks for cost effective solutions, seems to love every animal she sees and I know mine lives her…. I just can’t say enough good things about her.

The team here is incredibly compassionate and friendly. They communicate amazingly and are positive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Took our dog there for neuter surgery. Traumatizing experience for our dog and our family. The dog had profuse bleeding and had to be brought to animal emergency hospital.

The time had come to say goodbye to my 12 year old pug and best buddy.my current vet was great but I knew I needed extra help to get through this and they did exactly that. All staff were so gracious and kind, I am forever grateful to them all

Had a great experience at this vet. They were able to fit my animal in quickly and were very warm, knowledgable and professional. The clinic is very clean and open. The Dr.was personable, communicated everything in detail and made a good plan. Reasonable prices, thorough care, really listened and all staff were very kind!

Amazing experience. I was referred to Dr. Machine by a friend of mine as I wasn't happy with my previous veterinary clinic that I had been going to for 7 years, so I booked an appointment and took my 7 year old Morkie to get her annual check up. The front Staff are very friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. Clinic looks very clean and beautiful.
Dr. Machine took her time to get to know me and my fur baby (haha). She answered all my questions and concerns, and took time to explain everything to me. Dr. Machine also did a complementary nail trim, which my previous vet charged me a lot for, so that was nice! I will be moving over permanently to Comfort and Care vet, based on my first experience. Very impressed!

Dr. Machine was so so incredibly patient with my super super reactive dog. She was so sweet and understanding. Not once did she make me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my dog being reactive. All their staff are so sweet towards my dog as well. They are the best vet I’ve come across in a while and would recommend to everyone I know.

Moved to Langley recently, needed a vet. Saw the amazing folks at Comfort and Care after a less than favourable experience at another vet. Comfort & Care definitely live up to their name. Friendly staff, beautiful facility, knowledgeable and personable vets, thorough exams, fair prices and comprehensive diagnosis! Amazing! Highly recommended.

Great experience.had to bring my dog in for his shots and it was done so effectively and expertly.

Dr. Machine and her team were so competent, caring and professional. They helped us thru a very challenging time with pet illness and a big move. Dr. Machine showed us a technique that we could do at home to help our senior dog recover and it worked! Our senior dog is now healthier and happier than she has ever been and we had thought we may lose her. The best thing we ever did was switch over to Comfort and care animal hospital:)

So knowledgeable, friendly and actually care for your pet as well as you. I have a doxie and she loves the vet. I have recommended all my coworkers, family and friends to come here. She (the vet) remembers you and your pets history.

Dr. Machine has been seeing all of our animals for a long time now, we followed her from another veterinary practice to see her specifically. She’s an amazing, empathetic individual who loves her jobs and treats everyone with respect and care. The entire staff is courteous and respectful and it is clear they genuinely care about everyone they encounter, animal and human.

From the moment you go through the door everyone is so friendly and carin! Our Luna usually sees Dr. Machine who is AMAZING but today she saw Dr. Jin who is absolutely sweet and kind! Thank you for the care you take with our furbabies!

The staff here are very kind! I'm always nervous about bringing my pets to the vet for the first time but the folks here have always been welcoming and put a lot of care into what they do! Also, love the resident clinic cat ;)

After having concerns about my former vet, I transferred the care of my dogs to Comfort and Care. I cannot express the extent of my gratitude to the team here. Earlier today, I had to euthanize my elderly and infirm dog. The vet and her assistant came over to my house to end my sweet Luke's life compassionately and with dignity. The final moments of my awesome dog were very peaceful. Everything went smooth. Luke did not suffer. The degree of compassion and genuine care the vet and her assistant expressed were very touching to me. I would not hesitate for a second to have this clinic take care of my beloved pets.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about dr machine her compassion for animals is top notch. I highly recommend her and and her clinic for all your furry friends needs. If I could give a higher star rating I would.

Where do I start? Dr. Machine, firstly I would like to thank you for being a wonderful person and amazing veterinarian.

The staff at Comfort + Care are warm, kind, genuine, and go above and beyond the typical “standard of care”. They make me feel as if my dogs are their own, I mean you can’t get any better then that. They are in the best hands when going to Comfort + Care.

Dr. Machine is knowledgeable, will not do anything that is unnecessary in the medical treatment required for whatever brings you to her clinic. She doesn’t rush you out the door, she speaks in great detail about whatever the problem is and how to handle it/treatment plans. Her pricing is great as we as pet owners know how costly bringing our pets to the vet can be, her and her staff are accommodating in cases of emergencies and overall exceptional in customer service. She is very attentive to my concerns and to my dogs.

My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner.

It’s impossible to say enough good things about this place. The clinic is clean and beautiful, the people who work here are just lovely and very skilled. I feel confident leaving our fur children in any of their hands, and to top it all off, Dr Machine is one of the kindest kindest vets I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is efficient, very loving to animals, quick as a whip and just all around awesome. She literally saved our pets lives and our hearts. Do not hesitate to take your furry family members here.

First visit with our 15 month old pitbull and it went great. Everyone very friendly and approachable. Happy to have found a new vet to take him to that takes the time to answer questions.

Dr. Machine and her team were amazing! Very similar to a recent review, our vet was fully booked, yet when I called they fit us right in at comfort and care to assess and treat our Dog Zoey. Right from the start, Lisa one of Dr. Machine’s team did a remarkable job on the phone by listening, understanding and addressing our initial concerns. Dr. Machine was professional in her approach and definitely did a fantastic job of individual patient care. Our dog Zoey is a very anxious dog and Dr. Machine worked with care and consideration throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Machine and her team (Lisa). They were wonderful.

Today was our first time meeting with Dr Machine and the rest of the crew at Comfort and Care. The place is absolutely spotless and the girls are very sweet. My dog Jovi does not enjoy the vet as he knows it means shots but everyone was very nice and explained everything to me very well.

I want to thank Dr Machine and the girls for the amazing help and Jovi and I will see you next time.

I’d selfishly say not to go here so that I can get an appointment but Dr. Machine’s care is so genuine, I can’t keep her all to myself?
