Comfort Inn & Suites

I am traveling to Vancouver from Toronto and booked this property by mistake thinking it was in Kamloops but happy I did. I am a Diamond member with choice and as such am eligible for an upgrade and most of the time I am denied.at this property I was not only upgraded. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO ASK! Which really surprised me.also we get a little treat bag.eventhough it isn't much its still appreciated and this one was by far the best one I've ever received.the ladies at the front desk were amazing and all the guests that I walked by seemed very happy. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. My normal stop on this trip is Kamloops but not anymore.this is now my go to place. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

The rooms were comfortable. A/C could not be turned down (Just one speed) could not direct the air vent in a different direction.

Great place to stay with everything you need and great staff, very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

Decent rooms and location. Road traffic not too bad. A bit disappointed in the "takeaway" breakfast.very limited choice.may be better as we get 1post covid
