Comfort Inn & Suites

Our stay was terrible. Room had hair in the sink and rust around drains. Shower walls and grout was outright dirty. The whole hotel was filled with chemical fragrence that was so overwhelmingly strong. So awful. Breakfast was pathetic. Overall lousy experience and we will never go back. Also way overpriced. Front staff in the morning was really nice and listened to my concerns. Entry way floors and windows were filthy. Plus a yapping dog woke us up at around 630 am.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Solid five stars!

I had the pleasure of staying at this Confort inn & Suites recently, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. The service and the staff were simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, their warm and attentive hospitality made me feel like a cherished guest. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. Every request was met with a smile, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. We are forced to stay here while working in merrit. They 9ffer a continental breakfest, that opens at 6 am. But you need to ask them at 630 if they are open as nothing there. So to us it's a great waste of time as we are getting our breakfast at Tim's down the road. There eggs (when they have them) are dry bland and disgusting. The mystery Sausages are not beef, pork, chicken, Don't know what they are. Their Pancake machine doesn't work (only worked once in 3 weeks). I've had to ask to have my room cleaned only yo find my sheets and bed not done. I had blood on my sheets and had to sleep on top of the covers for 2 days. They don't care about guests. Only about the money they make.

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the staff was amazing! Breakfast had a great selection. The staff accommodated my request to keep it open for my family and I. We throughly enjoyed the pancakes! They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Merritt!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Comfort Inn Merritt; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for getaway.

It’s right in the heart of city, so you can walk to everything. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Stayed at the comfort Inn & Suites in Merritt for 3 nights one of the best stays I’ve had. Very accommodating staff and professional, rooms were very clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect. I’ll be back.

I'm sure they'll address some of what I talk about here, but it's a huge coincidence that they all happen at the same time.

The elevator did not work, so you had to carry your bags up three flights of stairs. The parking lot is a flight of stairs from the front door.

The only other business nearby is a restaurant that is mediocre at best.

The walls are so thin that you can hear every bump, thump, & Tinder meet-up in the rooms nearby.

The shower forces you to get dowsed with cold water when you turn it on.

The TV gets 5-8 channels because they don't have access to the rest. (Who doesn't have access to the comedy network? !?) Plus, everything on the TV is in Korean, so you can't figure anything out.

It's a hotel with so much potential, but they dropped the ball every chance they had and you can hear it each & every time they do.

Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff and impeccably clean rooms. The welcoming and helpful staff make me feel right at home! Ended up staying an extra night because of how much I loved the environment and the peace of a small town. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sandy at front desk was very polite and helpful. Joti helped me in breakfast and bring that at table for me. They were very fantastic. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Rooms were reasonable. My whole trip was really good.

I had a fantastic stay here during my time in Merrit and I will certainly be returning. The customer service and hospitality were consummate, and staff displayed a high pedigree of skill when it came to accommodating my last-minute booking. My room was tidy, clean, and had a very convenient workstation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and they will always have my business.

We stayed for a weekend, and we got a large room with a pull out couch as well as a requested crib. The room was well sized. However, there was no bathtub in the room, and it wasn't stated that it was only a shower. With a child in a crib, a bathtub was definitely needed! The included breakfast was great, a decent selection, and the pool was great for the kids with a hottub for the adults!

This hotel is nice and clean.
The free breakfast is very small and not much selection.
Wifi is excellent and good connection.
Shower is good with lots of water pressure.
Building seems newer.
TV has most of the good channels and lots of selection.
Surprised there are NO USB charging ports in the room.
