Don't call this company if you need actual HELP with elder care. They have been extremely disappointing in all ways. Unable to provide a suitable worker and unable to schedule with consistency. Tried to work with them for 6 months, and they still couldn't get it together. Quite obviously they do NOT have appropriate staff, although they say they did. So sad to have to write a terrible review.
