We have been customers for many years now and are always impressed by the high calibre of their staff. We just had a furnace and two water heaters replaced: the crews were on time, well prepared and worked diligently to get all the work completed within a day. A minor issue with the furnace was corrected quickly. In times of declining service levels, ComfortTech is a great example of just doing it right!

I had my AC quiet on a Saturday long weekend. Called the 24 hour service. Explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. Even did a free follow up call to check it over.

I have had great customer service with this company, both regular maintenance and emergency call out service. Mike was great, I highly recommend them. Told me about rebates I could apply for too which is helpful.
May ‘23 Javend was at my house. He explained things so well! Again great customer service. So happy I signed up for the yearly maintenace plan.

Everyone was great to deal with from start to finish. It wasn't quite warm enough to test the a/c properly so they booked a time to come and do so at no extra charge.

They were contacted to fix my heat pump unit, which they were here for approx 2hrs and diagnosed a small leek and got our unit running temporarily for a cost of $800.
After two and a half months later I rang them when our unit stopped working and was told our job had been lost and the full repair would cost $2460.00 which included a 10% discount!
I then went and talked to them in person and they couldn’t find my quote on file but emailed me later confirming the repair cost.
After being disgusted with the amount of the repair I reached out to another company who came and fixed the leek, regased and checked our unit at a cost of $350.00
WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT TECH PLEASE CHECK THEIR PRICING!

Had our Furnace repaired as it would only blow cold air when set to Heat.not repaired, 3 hours after the repair it was blowing out cold air again. They wanted to charge me a full service repair again when I called. I ended up accepting a full refund and being told to find a new company. Don't go there. Poor service

Since winter started I have had to wait probably 2 min to get hot water in the kitchen and the master bathroom. This is from my 2019 install of a tankless ON DEMAND water heater new furnace and split AC system. Called them up to see if I could install a Thermal bypass valve in my Rinnai RUC98 tankless water heater because as an upgrade system there is no return line. Tried to talk to a Teck to see if it could be done with my set up. Gave them the Model number and just needed a yes or no answer which being the "PRO's" for this system and installers should have been no problem. Told them if it was possible would be happy to book the upgrade with them. They insisted that a Teck come out to LOOK? At the heater for $129! SO MUCH FOR AFTERMARKET SERVICE.

I have found Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling to be very professional and extremely customer service oriented. I had my tankless water heater serviced today by Nathen who took the time to show me and explain what he was doing and how best to keep it in top working order. He showed up within the time frame itemized, was very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself and even took the time to ask if I had any questions.
I would highly recommend Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling as its nice to be able to count on a company that values its customers.

We had a comfort tech crew come in and replace a hot water tank. We called to schedule the service, and they ordered and replaced the hot water tank the next day. They were courteous, professional and efficient. We would recommend using this company.

For two years running I have had Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling in Kelowna come to my home to either service my furnace or give a health report for insurance purposes. Both times have been very happy with the work and the great customer service. You can't go wrong with this company.

We asked to have our system checked because a duct cleaning business said we had a problem that needed to be fixed before they could begin cleaning. ComfortTech did not find any problem. This confirmed my theory.

The moment I spoke to the staff in the office to schedule the service we knew we'd had made the right choice. Our technician Elliot was courtious and quick to come up with solutions to our challenges. While the job grew larger as the day progressed, there was no hesitation to stay late and get the job done. My grandma's furnace quit on Thursday evening and they sent a tech out Friday, despite the crazy snow and highway conditions! Would definitely recommend for hvac repairs. Just an FYI; a service call does cost around $130.

Friendly and on-time technician. I appreciated him teaching me as he went. Our fireplace was an absolute hot mess of issues. Some of those issues, the tech wasn’t sure about and I appreciated that he was upfront about his limitations and got a supervisor’s input asap. Will be using these folks again.

We had a thermostat issue and Elliot Soar was able to get to our location within the hour. Great guy who knows what he is doing, issue fixed, a previous company install error. By the way Elliot was able to explain in detail what the issue was so that even we understood. In then process we decided, with his explanation, to install a tankless water heater. Furthermore Elliot is a very personal, congenial and informative with his expertise and knowledge.
We will recommend Comforttech to anyone who requires great HVAC service and products; 10 out of 10 for both Elliot and Comforttect.

Had an after hours emergency where our furnace wouldn't cut in on a cold night so called the Comfort Tech 24 line for help. Aussie Mike responded by phone within a few minutes and was at our house within 40 min. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly and stayed to make sure it was working properly before he left. Thank you!

ComfortTech was able to provide same day diagnostic service when we found ourselves with no heat one morning! The repair and maintenance was completed the following day by "Aussie Mike" who was very professional and helpful. He answered my numerous questions and provided useful advice. Comfort Tech was fabulous! My AC was not functioning correctly and they came out within 24 hours during a heat wave in August and took the time to analysis my system to get an accurate diagnosis. Booked our fall furnace inspection to ensure we are ready for winter. First time using Comfort Tech as our regular company went out of business. Aussie Mike did an outstanding job. Made a couple required adjustments for better gas cost efficiency and we are good to go. Thanks Mike, hope to see in the spring for our AC inspection.

We had our a/c unit stop working suddenly during a heat wave. We had another company set up that was available sooner but that fell through. I called Comfort Tech at 4: 30 pm Tuesday (this was already a week of no a/c) and told them our situation and they had techs here by 9: 00am Wednesday, the next day!

Aussie Mike and Graham assessed the problem, immediately contacted the vendor and the office, and within a couple hours we had the quote and ETA for the repairs. The parts had to be shipped in unfortunately, so it was likely to be a few days and another weekend in major hot temperatures.

To our surprise, they overnighted the parts, the techs made a special trip to get them from the warehouse when they arrived and they came back late that afternoon.

Everything was fixed and up and running so quickly - within a day and a half from assessment to shipping to repaired!

We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the service we received.
Aussie Mike and Graham were so knowledgeable and helpful, professional and kind. The Ladies I spoke with in the office that did all the work behind the scenes to expedite this process were so understanding, efficient and wonderful to deal with.
We ended up purchasing a maintenance program from them as well and will be sure to use Comfort Tech for all our HVAC needs in the future.

We have had Comfort Tech for a few years using for maintenance as well as a replacement furnace. Only one service person not happy, nor did we mix well with. I was happy to see they listened and corrected the situation and we are back on board. Happy to see them back as it makes us feel very comfortable again that both A/C & Heating are all working and good. They don’t try to push not needed repairs. We see them twice a year for maintenance checks.

Comfort Tech were recommended to us and they did not disappoint! They were very responsive to service our failing water heater but ultimately we elected to proceed with replacement rather than repair. Installation of our new water heater was completed as scheduled with no surprises. Our service technician was courteous, knowledgeable and clearly quite proficient at his trade. We were extremely impressed with the overall professionalism and follow-up provided by Comfort Tech and we will definitely call on them for all our future needs.

I have had regular maintenance with Comfort Tech on my gas heating equipment and air conditioner for 7 years. I have always found the staff courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. Jeff, Matt, Chad, and Max were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Comfort Tech pulled through for us during a furnace breakdown and supplied us with a new high efficiency, super quiet furnace. We now enjoy even temperature throughout the whole house. Thank you to Jeff for having the foresight to order plenty of new furnaces before the winter season started (especially during this time of low supplies). The old furnace broke down on a Monday, and the new furnace was installed on Thursday. That's what we call efficient! Thank you Comfort Tech.

My elderly parents called Comfort Tech for regular furnace maintenance. The tech found a couple parts needing replacement and did so. Soon after, we noticed the furnace was having intermittent issues starting. Then it failed completely. Smelled gas every time it attempted to ignite. Fan would work, but no heat. Noticed a flashing red light which indicated a failure code.

Called Comfort Tech back and spoke to a very nice lady. I explained the situation and stressed that my parents are 83 and 89 and in poor health (especially mom who has raspatory issues) and I not only feared the gas issue, they need the heat working especially at their age. The lady put me on hold so she could try and find a tech to come same-day. And I was disappointed when she came back and said they'd try by end of day, if not, it would be next day. I again firmly stressed this was not acceptable considering the furnace was producing heat before they serviced it the week before. She was understanding and said they'd try.

I'm happy to report that my dad called me later in the afternoon to say they came, found the issue and fixed it indicating it was no charge as it was "they're fault". Not sure what that meant exactly. But it makes no difference. They pulled through for us. Took ownership of the problem. And did so in a very professional way. I always say that all businesses make mistakes at times. It's how they handle them that counts the most. Very impressed with Comfort Tech and how they handled this issue. We're very happy! We recently installed a Ductless Mini Split system from Comfort Tech. Our experience was incredible. We had gone through a 44c heat wave and decided it was time to make the call for AC. From the first contact with the extraordinary ladies in the office, the estimation process to the installation was all done very professionally and in a short time frame. The installation team arrived as planned and installed the unit within the schedule given. The work done by Jason, Andre and Dixon was amazing. The care taken was beyond our expectations. We have been a customer of Comfort Tech for two years using them for Bi-annual maintenance on our heating system, gas fireplace and AC system the reps we have dealt with have always been helpful and very professional. Our most recent was this past week when they replaced our hot water tank. The technician was Travis C.very professional and was able to explain every thing so that even I could understand it, left the work area in immaculate condition and was very quick. I would recommend this service to anyone and would like to request Travis for our fall Maintenance service.

Called for an estimate for a complete system for our new to us, 40yr old home.
Nick came in to see us on the July 1 stat. Who works on stats? Apparently Nick does, when it comes to looking after new customers with a "repeat job home".
Our address has been on Comfort Techs list for almost 15 yrs. So it was reassuring to have someone familiar with our home there.
Nick is very personable. He listened to our challenges, and asked a lot of good questions. He did a thorough walk through of the house, made notes on details such as where power was in the house, where the head units would go and so on.
We asked questions based on our own research, and from there we were able to make the best decisions for our installation.
The next day we made our way to the showroom (still under construction in the new digs btw, but the atmosphere is busy as a beehive)
Nick let us look at a unit similar to the one he had spec'd out for us.
The brand we went for, Daikin, came with an unbelievable warranty for not just parts and labour, but also the workmanship. And covered longer than any of the other manufacturers.
Afterwards, it was a small tour of the facility, and a few quick introductions. We were feeling at ease with our decision to go with CT more and more.
The quote was drawn up, we agreed and the parts that weren't in stock, were ordered and arrived promptly.
Not even 2 full working days in, their plans went smooth, the subcontracted electrician was in and out, the boys dug in and got the work done.
They looked after us very well, with great communication, a clean install and the job done under budget
I highly recommend Comfort Tech. And will continue to do so whenever I hear of someone needing services like they provide.

Had Travis from Comfort Tech come and diagnose an issue with my AC today and he was great. He figured out the problems incredibly quickly and he was very reasonable about the options I had for repair/replacement.

He presented them to me in a way that made me trust his judgement and his diagnosis. He then provided me with a written explanation of my issues so that I can take the diagnosis to any repair company that I want. This kind of confidence is only available from companies who know they are trustworthy and do good work.

I will be using Comfort Tech (and particularly Travis) for all HVAC repairs in the future, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good diagnosis for their system.

I used comfort tech to install a new furnace and A/C unit in 2018, and used them for regular maintenance every year since then. The furnace and A/C unit have been working excellent ever since. The service techs are always kind, courteous and knowledgeable, and the office staff is very friendly.
