Had arrangements to get a wheel lift installed on my Sierra 3500. They said they could do it, no problem. I kept them in the loop as im looking for the right wheel lift since they dont sell them. After i purchased the parts, they came back and told they're backed up in production and won't be able to do the job.referred to a 3rd party that barely had time to talk on the phone and told me to call back in a month. Now im sitting on about 5k of parts and no one to install them. So just beware try to get more, then "we can do it" over the phone it dosen't mean much there.

(To your response) There never was a question of safety or weight rating of my truck by your staff. Only after our phone conversation today did you mention that the truck would be unsafe, which is wrong. After talking to 3 different CVSE inspectors today, they've all told me theres no restrictions against under bumper wheel lifts in b.c. And wouldn't see an issue whether it's a wrecker body or pick up box over the wheel lift. A duramax Sierra 3500 HD with a leveling kit is fully capable of light towing duty while being safe. Never the less i appreciate the credit, but i feel like you're charging the narrative. All that you mentioned was never a concern up until our conversation today.

Mandy (Service Dept) is exceptional. We had some issues with or truck and she kept us up-to-date and informed and she followed through with whatever she said or we requested. Great job!
