Very unpleasant experience. Theresa, who my appointment was with didn't seem to be actually hearing what I was saying in regards to what type of record check I needed, resulting in her giving me the wrong one. I had a reference photo for which report I need, and she refused to look at it. I have now spent $89.00 on an incorrect report and now have to spend an additional $89.00 due to her lack of interest in a customer. It truly seemed like she just wanted me out, although the office was completely empty.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, and I previously had a good experience here with fingerprinting in 2021, but the lady I got was very mean and passive aggressive. As someone with an invisible disability, my experience here will dissuade me from applying to federal jobs in the future.

This is a place that supports a fingerprint collection business in Victoria, and the parking lot was a bit tight, but the staff was very friendly.

I Have been having a nightmare of a life ever since my boss poisoned and fired me. He was dodging me for months trying to get him into court. And Don and the Victoria Commissionaires found him sooo quick and were so compassionate to my situation and I really felt genuine sympathy and a sense of Caring. If you need anything at all these are your people just amazing!

I often have to send staff here for work clearances and they are always fast and friendly. Two of our techs arrived a bit late to their appointments at the end of the day today and they were kind enough to stay a bit late to help us out.

Low pay jobs with mandatory Union fee. When you substract this fee into the wage, you are actually below the BC min wage of $16.75.

Needed to get some prints done, there was a little technical glitch with the scheduling however the staff got back to me right away and explained, luckily it wasn't too busy of a day so I was able to pop in without an appointment. I was greeted with smiles and a few jokes. Everyone was personable yet professional, from doorway to desk was clean and organized. Fantastic experience

The experience there was fine. The process was quick and easy. My only wish is the website would state no one would be there to do finger printing during lunch and state the time. It would of saved me on gas and time.

Very bad experience. I went for FBI Certificates (Identity History Summary Check), I showed the staff the request email FBI sent me.the FD258 Form downloaded from FBI website and they kept yelling at me said I should know what kind of service I need. That is the service I NEED! I came here and pay for 89 CAD to save the time and effort to check how to do a very standard process. YOU should be the one telling me HOW TO DO IT, not me telling you! Especially after I said the formal name of the document, they have no idea what that is! Funny thing is they finally gave me a fingerprint on FD1164 titled Identity History Summary Request, the name I said at beginning! Also, FD1164 is the wrong form for me because I applied online, and 1164 is for mail only. SOOOOOOO unprofessional, don't even know their own job, and judging me all the time for being not sure!

Had to get my fingerprints taken for a name change. Showed up early for my appointment and they were able to see me immediately. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Glad for the smooth experience.
