Commissionaires - Surrey (Fingerprinting)

Great service. Didn't have an appointment for fingerprints. Walked in and was done within 15 mins. Very nice and friendly staff (a change from typical staff at other locations).

I will say. Once I finally got service the lady was nice and it went relatively smoothly.

I had forgotten the paperwork and misunderstood my share of what needed to be done and they were kind enough to print one out. The whole visit took maybe 10 minutes once it was started.

I had delay issues during my visit as they were behind schedule and having a chaotic day. The manager followed up with me and apologized, explained the situation and was courteous and professional. All very reasonable.

Jas was very helpful and very kind letting me get the last appointment and taking the time to make the process as smoothly as possible

Jass Saini assisted me to do electronic fingerprinting. She was very helpful, excellent customer service and went extra mile to help me.

I went to surrey central location. Girl named jas was really helpful and professional about her work. Great customer service by her.

Edited: an element of surprise when the supervisor called me the next working day to enquire about my experience. They made notes, watched the video (where the incident was recorded) and let me know it would be investigated further. 3 days later, I received another call to keep me updated. Suffice to say that the whole process was conducted empathetically and professionally, thank you for listening and taking positive action.

How rude can the person taking the prints be? On the form it states to ensure the prints are sent to the specific RCMP address. When I asked, the lady said yes, but did not look at the sheet? I asked her again if it's the same one and she started arguing with me and told me she had already checked. She was very rude and even refused to acknowledge my thanks and when I wished her bye.

Fingerprints were smudged. Refused to retake and rudely behaved when my partner requested. Wasted money, cannot even use them.

Jaswinder Saini was VERY helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions professionally and made the whole process easy and comfortable! I highly recommend this commissionaires office because of the positive experience I had here. Keep it up!
