Comor - Go Play Outside

I ordered online (bc my local store in Edmonton couldn’t come near their spring sale prices, for example $600 vs $380 for the exact pair of bindings). I called them twice and both times I was accommodated pleasantly. First to get advice on the items I was purchasing, and second was the next day bc they had extra 10% off that day so they helped me re-order my items at a better price! And I still only had to pay AB tax. I’m getting my gear here now every time!

Simply amazing. After having an awful experience at evo, I heard good things about Comor and they did not disappoint. I went in to demo some skis, got amazing help from the staff and they put me into a setup that was so much fun. I ended up buying the skis and also got new skis for my wife as well. About $2000 that evo missed out on. I love how everyone there is knowledgeable and prepared to help and it seemed like the majority of staff could also adjust bindings etc which made things faster. Really loved the experience, and the end of season prices were incredible. I will be back.

Picked up the QST Blank per the advice of Evan and his tech team and couldn’t be happier with the feedback and recommendations given by the down to earth crew at Comor! Great package deal on a ski that truly is a wide, tight turning, fairly playful all-mountain POW ski. Even rocked through the spaced out moguls and cruddy slush today. Haven’t had a chance to try the Blanks on tight, steep, icy technical terrain, but have a good feeling they will do the job. Huge improvement from the dead QST 118’s. There is play, some pop, and quick turn capabilities on the Blank. Thanks Evan and his crew! Joseph

Fantastic staff who are very knowledgeable about what they are selling. I went in with a boot fit issue that they took care of right away. I was actually prepared to get a different size boot from them but was given honest, straightforward advice that I didn't need it. Will obviously return for everything snowboard related. I went to Comor as I wanted someone to make my daughter some footbeds to help her have a more stable platform in her ski boots. I had heard of Greta’s excellent repulsion so went to see her. She gave a thorough foot analysis and produced a good pair of footbeds, adjusted the side canting and appropriate forward lean. As a result my daughter now has a much better platform and flex down the centre of her ski boots which translates to a more efficient and stronger edge pressure and stability whilst skiing. I would certainly recommend that if you don’t have footbeds to get them at Comar and make an appointment specifically with Greta to help you out!:)

Website is trash, they don't show stock info or prices. They may as well only have a phone number on their website as that is the only way to get information.

Kian is a legend. I made a post online about how unhappy I was with my past experiences as they were causing me extreme discomfort and frankly have been ruining my time riding. He reached out and solved my problems and I can’t even tell you how much relief and happiness I felt to be riding the the boots he fit for me. Absolutely stoked. Thanks a lot Kian!

I left my snowboard to repair a little crack, after two days when I pickup my board they only waxed it didn’t repair anything, but I already paid. I even confirmed with the staff before I went there, they side yes, they are able to repair. Turned out they took the money and did nothing.
Terrible experience.

Went into Comor to fix my toe binding ratchets and had an awesome experience! Andreas and the rest of the staff were awesome and walked me through the entire process while fixing my bindings. Was nice to have such great customer service. They really saved my day tomorrow on the mountain. 100% would recommend!

Awful experience, I left my skis to redrill and adjust my bindings but after a few days they called me saying that they don't do this things and I'd already payed for it! Shame.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Andreas was extremely patient with me because I was very indecisive about what board I wanted. He has crazy amounts of knowledge so he could answer every question that came to mind. Bo also helped us a lot, and answered tons of questions about boards, bindings and boots. Both together, coupled with the awesome deals and great selection made the in store experience phenomenal. You can't get that from buying online, and this would definitely be my first choice of store to go to in whistler.

Would have loved to have bought a helmet and some other gear today, but the guy in the store was too busy chatting with his friend, using language I’m not to happy my kid heard.

Awesome service! Bought a Rocky Mountain bike at Comor NV. Fabulous bike. The service at Whistler Comor has been fantastic. Free flat tire repair and one year tune up. Highly recommended.

I understand the necessity of having covid protocols in place however 3 people in the store policy may be a little extreme, especially not allowing a family unit of 4 shop at the same time.

Had a great experience here purchasing touring equipment, really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff made the whole process much easier!

One of the boa knobs on my boots broke and I was recommended to try this shop to repair. They fixed it that same afternoon and had a great service with Elodie. She was incredibly well versed with snowboarding gear and got great tips from her.

I had the most amazing experience at Comor this evening. I have struggled with getting boots to fit and Robin took so much time with me to help me get the right boot. The amount of time he took with me and the customizations he made to the boots for me was unbelievable. Absolute A+ for service, professionalism and knowledge.

Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit!

Customer service from Andreas was exemplary. Extremely helpful and insightful making sure I got the correct fitting boots, board and bindings. The boot fitting process in particular was very thorough and I couldn't be happier with the service received.

Bought some ski boots from Comor and got them fitted by Greta in the Whistler store. Greta was amazing and would highly recommend. Her advice was great and incredibly skilled in adjusting boots. I had to go back a few times over the course of a week to get them adjusted as I was breaking them in, which Greta did happily and understood what needed to be done, and the end result was great. She fitted boots for my mum a few days before, dealing with some awkward burn spurs. She also made some adjustments on boots that my dad and and sister had bought the previous year. Everyone was very happy and highly recommend Greta!

Brutal customer service. Stay away from ordering anything online with this company. Maybe the in store experience is better but I won’t be going there.

I was dreading putting my post baby feet back in my ski boots every day until I went to Greta. Greta understands the ever changing feet and body of a woman and made me fall back in love with skiing. Greta has a wealth of knowledge that she shares with you throughout the fitting process. I would highly recommend Greta for all your boot fitting needs.
