Where to buy a bike? Comox bike / Simon’s cycles has been my bike shop for 18 years. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Great bikes, honest staff!

Best bike shop in the Comox Valley. Younger Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful and has gained some life long customers. I cannot praise him, and the shop in general, enough. Definitely worth a visit!

This is the first time my son and I went there. WOW! Best customer service ever! These guys had his bike fixed the same day, and they did more to ensure the bike was safe. I highly recommend them, and will certainly go back. The young man that served us was very nice, polite and has the best personality for working with customers. The owners should hang-on to him as he’s a real asset to their business!

HUGE shout out to Comox Bike Co. From start to finish I had an experience that exceeded my expectations. Customer service is a really important component of sales for me and Chip (I am sure they are all wicked but he was the one who helped me) was an incredibly kind and knowledgeable human. I just moved to the valley days ago but have been hunting for a new bike for a while. I am STOKED to get this bike out in my new playground and am definitely committed to making Comox Bike Co.my shop in the valley!

Received a tuneup for $70 and they couldn't be bothered to clean the dirty rear sprocket. Was told it would cost an additional $30 to clean it, which would take 5 minutes. Purchased a tire and paid for install but when I went to ride it tire was flat. They could've put a new tube in, but I guess that might have cost them a few dollars and another 5 minutes of labour.

Super helpful staff helped pick the best bike for my young daughter and made changes on the bike to suit us despite being ridiculously busy

Most importantly: friendly, reliable and competent staff. I always feel confident when I take my bike in to them or shop with them. Highly recommended.

Stopped by today to view a bike for sale and these guys went above and beyond with their customer service! We ended up with a perfect used bike fir my daughter and my son's bike all fixed up and they're both thrilled. And we're not broke because the prices were fair. This is our new and permanent bike shop.
